I never leave bad reviews especially if I’ve only had one bad experience. This location in particular never greets me or seems interesting in helping certain customers. Twice I’ve been ignored after politely asking for help while they talk about upcoming vacations/the latest in store gossip. I definitely feel black customers are treated less than. Much prefer novi or Farmington hills, although this location is closer to me.

The staff was very welcoming and they had some really great sales going on. I grabbed a couple of gifts for someone and got myself a few items as well.

Very crowded and small but a staff that makes one smile and the smells sent from heaven. This place can offer a religious experience. Breathtaking.

This store and these employees... exceptional might not be a strong enough word. I believe that the corporate folks who run Bath & Body Works should do a study on this store, located inside Laurel Park Place in Livonia, Michigan, and figure out how to make all their stores run this well. I came in on Thanksgiving weekend with a return. It was busy and I had an issue because part of the order was on my credit card and the other a giftcard. Char the store manager and Wendy another associate went above and beyond to help me. Truly, unparalleled customer service. They were kind, patient, friendly, thorough, knowledgable, and ensured that my issue was resolved. They even had to call the BBW customer service number. This all took time and they never once, ONCE made me feel like my issue was a nuisance or I was in the way. They helped me and continued to move the line quickly and maintain a positive attitude towards everyone. The store is immaculately clean, every person I ever talk to in here is friendly with a bright personality.Char and Wendy are 2 phenomenal employees. As a customer, you don't see folks that wait on you outside of their job, but I can tell and sense, these 2 folks are genuinely good humans and they bring this into their work. Blown away by my service. Give these folks a raise and someone at BBW headquarters, acknowledge these 2 and this store! Employees like Char and Wendy keep your business thriving. In a world where there is so much competition and products everywhere, having people like Char and Wendy behind your brand really makes your company standout. Thank you so much Char and Wendy. Giving you both a huge cyber hug for the time you spent with me. You resolved my issue and made me feel like a person, not just a customer.

Sale sign from previous week was still up, instead of honoring the sign, they removed the sign and made it seem as if I was lying about the sign being on shelf still. Bad business will never return to this location again,

poor customer service old sign was in place on shelf, staff removed it after being asked if it was still going to be honored then made it seem as if I was lying about the sign. not returning to this location, bad business practice....

Came in with the wife because of the sale and coupons, employee's very helpful and nice...and get this along with the sale also excepted the coupons, too!

LITERALLY THE WORST BBW. I am a former employee of BBW and I know the guests should at least be greeted and asked if help is needed. But not here! You're never greeted when coming into the store, employees just stand there and text or stare blankly like deer, never thanked for coming in, customer service is just nonexistent. Ive been here 3x and its never any different. However, after reading the reviews seems as though this only happens to black customers. I just moved to this area but will gladly drive back to the novi town location for actual human interaction.

This location was nice and had decent customer service. Overall, not my favorite location but found myself in the area so stopped in to look around. Unfortunately the item I was looking for was out of stock but still left with some items! Can never really go wrong with Bath & Body Works.
