I purchased a Bissell carpet cleaner from Amazon. I could put the handle on. This has never happened before and I tried and tried but I could not get the handle in position. I took the equipment to Banks and I was taken care of in less than five minute and no charge. If you need your vacuum cleaner or carpet cleaner repaired, or you need replacement equipment for them, I highly Recommend Banks. I really appreciated these men for their assistance. I will be back.

I had a great experience with Banks. They handled my warranty to either repair or replace my carpet cleaner. They called me to update me on the situation and ended up getting me a new carpet cleaner in only 2 days! Everyone there is very friendly and polite, and they take care of their customers.

Was looking for a 2nd vacuum and ended up making my current vacuum my 2nd. No pressure sales experience! Laith took the time to make sure I was fully educated on all of my options. I wanted to think on it for a few days and Laith recommended I take my time and never feel pressured. Needless to say I returned an hour later and I am so excited to use my new SEBO! I’ve been a customer of Banks for over a decade and will never take my business anywhere else.

We have an Oreck from 15 years ago, still under warranty. Unfortunately, all stores near our home were shut down. We drove over a 1 1/2 hours to Banks Vacuum and explained our situation. They were amazing to deal with and reached out to Oreck on our behalf. Our vacuum needed quite a bit of work, and they were happy to supply a loner while waiting on parts from Oreck. Banks Vacuum fought on our behalf and helped us to get a brand-new vacuum paid for by Oreck. This store was a blessing in disguise. We really appreciate good customer service from people who go out of their way - hard to find now a days. Banks Vacuum - thank you!

I had the best experience at Banks in Livonia several days ago. I'd brought in a 3-year-old (maybe older) lower-end vacuum jammed with thread from my sewing projects. By the time I left, David Cole had repaired and cleaned every inch so I felt like I had a new vac. Professional, good natured, competent, loves his work.

Customer service is not dead! Nope-It's alive and well at this customer focused shop in Troy, which is, I understand, one of a series of stores. Scott handled my service issue with our vacuum exactly as he said he would. Seriously, there is no other place online or store where I would ever go for either a new vacuum or repair. 5 stars easy!

A couple days ago my Simplicity Jack was in need of some TLC. I got to the store shortly before closing, fully intending to drop the vacuum off. Tyler and John (i think those were their names) were super helpful and friendly. I was out the door with my Jack within 10 minutes. They unclogged the hose (tricky plug was right in the bend) and fixed me up with new filters (I was way overdue on those). Top notch vacuum cleaners are the way to go. They cost more, sure, but they last longer so in the long run they're like most investments, and pay for themselves after a time. It's wonderful to have Banks to stand behind and help you care for your investment.

I love this shop! I got a great vacuum here a couple years back and it's been a great purchase. A motor went out and they fixed it all under warranty in less than 24 hours. The employees are kind and helpful and they keep in contact with you throughout any work that's being done on your machine.

They only carry quality products, even the value priced equipment is better here. What they sell can be repaired too. So it lasts longer than what is typically sold at warehouse and department stores and can be fixed if needed in the years to come.
