I have been a member for 13 years and the bank advisor refused to open another account for me. Nothing but the worst bankers working at this branch every time I have ever been there it’s a head ache always telling me what they can’t do for me. I have to drive to Westland to get the service I pay for!!!

Worst financial institution ever. They've made the process of acquiring any of my late father's accounts as difficult, painful, and drawn out as possible. Failed to fulfill duties on their end causing a several week delay.

This branch would not allow me to withdraw my money out of my own checking or savings because I did not have a Bank of America debit card or Bank of America credit card to show proof of I.D. My drivers license ,ss card and United States Immigration Resident Alien card were all not good enough to prove that I am me. Both the teller and manager were very rude and insisted on the type of specific bank authorized I.D.that would only be acceptable.I left there without my money and had to call corporate customer service and they were shocked at the way I was treated.Customer service must have called them and straightened them out because now they will give me my money when I want to withdraw it.They play by their own rules

I rarely go into a bank to take care of business, but I had a pleasant experience with the management as well as the staff. Everyone was very professional and greeted me as if I were a close friend. My business was handled quickly and I would definitely return for any financial needs. Thanks for answering all of my questions and providing a positive atmosphere.

The bank manager Ms. Barksdale provided exceptional service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned about my needs. Their transparency and commitment to ethical practices were evident, and I left the branch feeling well-informed and empowered. I am grateful for the positive experience and look forward to my new relationship with BOA thanks to the exemplary leadership of the bank manager.

The service here is amazing. Being greeted with a smile when I come here is top tier. The manager Ms. Barks is always happy and very personable. I highly recommend this location.

Guess you should hold off on promotions for a while. There's always 3 people or more sitting at desks doing nothing, and one teller with 5 or 6 people in line. Poor customer service.

This is the worse branch of Bank of America why do y’all have all these people working and not doing anything Wanda walking around like the greeter as if it’s not six people standing in line the other teller is sitting in our face doing I guess weekend transactions either way y’all need to close this location these ladies getting free money, I just don’t understand why they are this slow

I’ve been coming to this branch for the past 3 weeks every Friday to cash my check. Every time I’ve came to cash my check there are at least 5 or more employees working. Every time I come in there’s only 1 bank teller and I have to wait in line for 15-20 minutes every time. The other employees just stand around when they should be behind the window taking care of customers. I shouldn’t have to wait that long every time I come to this branch. If it was just 1 or 2 times I would understand but it’s every time I come here and it’s completely unacceptable. Today was my 4th AAA time at this branch and I had to wait 25 minutes.

If I could do 0 stars I would! I think the teller name is Lena, she is very rude and unprofessional! She asks personal, unrelated questions, and just horrible service! She gets upset that my job can’t drop deposits thru the drive thru and have to use the inside tellers, she even asked a coworker of mine if she was a night worker due to the amount she was depositing!

I had nothing but great service here. Nakedia Barksdale was the one who helped me. I have social anxiety and I've never been here so I was very nervous going in. She came up to me and told me she could take care of whatever I needed to get done and from there was so kind and made the experience fun and inviting. Nakedia was very professional and handled everything in a timely manner. I will definitely be going back to this branch if Nakedia is there!

this place should be called bank of horrors. i'm partially disabled suffer from atrophy in my dominant right hand I have arthritis in both hands I can't even hold a pencil to write or a fork to eat with and peripheral neuropathy in both hands in both feet. Do you think the woman behind the counter would help me fill out a deposit slip? She says, "I don't know what to tell you" I walked out
