My wife was stranded with transmission issues. No idea where she was, had the car towed here. It was our best option to bring it back home. They offered rides to pick up a U-Haul, helped load the vehicle for her to tow and insisted to not charge us anything.

“Let’s start off by saying this shop was recommended by another shop USA transmission. They took my car down to Leo’s when USA diagnosed my car as an electrical issue. Monday Jr got my car in the shop to start diagnosing it. They had my car a week because it was tough to trace the issue. Jr took his time and cleaned up all the grounds and traced every wire on my car looking for the issue. They test drove my car 3-4 times just to make sure the issue was resolved and even wanted to keep it till Monday to test drive some more to be certain the issue was fixed (I asked for my car back Friday ) Leo’s was the 3rd shop my car was at and they did what was asked and fixed my car. They even saved me about 1,000 dollars on repair. They are 15 miles from me but I definitely will return ! Thanks to everyone at LCAR it’s good to find a good honest shop for repairs !”
“K&J Auto Service is the best auto repair shop in my estimation in Michigan. I have had all of the cars that I've owned serviced there. It doesn't matter the make. Whether it's for an oil change, water tank installed, not to mention tires and brakes, K&J will be hard to beat. The owners Ray and Sam know what they're doing and go out of their way to see that you're well taken care of and are satisfied. Give them a chance. I don't think that you'll be disappointed. At least get an oil change. Tell them that Ms. Penny sent you.”
