“The store carries practically anything that you could possibly need but some of the employees needs to be better trained in the department that they work specifically lumber because I ordered some wood online went in to pick it up and the clerk sent me outside in 90° weather to find it and it was located inside the store so you know I was pissed because that was time that I could have spent on the road taking care of something else”

“Worst customer service ever I needed a warranty number he said it so fast I couldn’t understand what he was saying I then said can you slow down I can’t understand you he says I’m busy right now so I can’t say it slow and then hung the phone up called back hung up again will be calling the manager very very bad service will not be buying nothing from this place “Customer service matters”Update of me speaking with a Manager of this issue I spoke with Laureen which is the manager I explained to her what happen she was very professional and nice she apologized and will speak with her employee this means a lot to me my pet peeve is good customer service I just will not tolerate nothing less so wit this being said Thankyou for handling my issue”
