“I am am the first unit by the water... and I know I am living days in my life that are unforgettable for how peacefully it is.Micha& Robert,from the office, very wonderful , I love them so much.Not trying to say good things since I live here .Yes it is expensive..but I am very happy.If you are here you are lucky.One the things that I like ..I give the gueese food almost daily and I enjoy that. “I have been here a few months and overall have good things to say about the complex. The apartments are spacious and well-appointed. Apartments are well soundproofed and I have never heard my neighbors (granted I chose a top floor unit so nobody would be walking overhead). The leasing staff are helpful and repairs are completed quickly. The grounds are fairly well maintained and clean. The location is nice and a reasonably short walk from downtown Plymouth and a short drive from just about anything you might need. There is plenty of parking for residents and guests.My main issue is something that the apartment complex has no control over but should be considered when looking at this place... there are train tracks nearby and CONSTANT train horns can be heard at all hours of the day and night, loud enough to wake you up (even with windows closed). The units are also priced aggressively high but not completely unreasonable for the amenities, market, and location. The gym has limited equipment and there is no pool.”
“I could not be happier with my results. I have gotten both my bathroom ceiling and new carpet done in my space. I would like to send a shout out to all the staff at Hines Park, especially the maintenance Manager who made it happened and of course Mindelynn the property Manager who made sure it was done.”

“Took my truck here for the first time and the guys were awesome they told me what the problem was and also showed me what was wrong with itI had something else wrong with my truck that some work that (father and son ) don’t do but he still saw it and pointed it out after I left there I took my car to another shop to fix the other issue he said wow whoever did this work hooked you up”

“My family and I have been living in Wyndchase Apartments for over a year and we love the community. The management is always prompt with requests for information and services. The grounds are clean and there is a great big lawn where my Son and I play soccer. There is a nice tributary of the Rouge River that runs through the property which provides a scenic backdrop for pictures. Overall a nice place to live!”

“90% of the residents don’t understand what a one way is. Stop leaving out of the enterance and entering through the exit. Also a bit expensive for a one bedroom apartment I’m paying around 1.1k a month”

“Great starter appt for me. I lived here all four years of my college career. The maintenance guy came either the day I called or the next day. The staff was nice. Great location...directly across the street from an mjr,(I watched so many matinees). And I did get my deposit back. Only missing a star because it needed some updates.”

“When my cousin moved into her apartment, she received a brand new stove and shortly after that, she received a brand new dishwasher.Maintenance requests are addressed very quickly (one or two days after being reported).Since this is an older building, the walls are sturdy and practical soundproof.”
“In my second rental year......Kim the leasing agent...absolutely love her! She's like family and will take care of whatever you need!!! Typical apartment environment....mixed crowd but overall good people. Updates are needed but you can tell they are working on things. No major concerns living here for me....I can only speak for myself!!”
“I lived here for a little over 3 years, I liked my townhome with exception for the older appliances.and ACThe staff was always friendly and club house is great with a large gym, stretching studio and swimming pool. I enjoyed staying there and was sad to leave, the leasing agents were always available, responsive and caring. They were very understanding and I would recommend this place for you. I would say if you are looking for luxury and safety this is the place.”
“super helpful, they were super nice and let us do the apartment lease in person because my mom was having trouble with the power being out and her ipad not wanting to let us sign it. they were more than helpful when we decided to come in and ask for help. i definitely feel comfortable with my family staying here. im not sure how to spell her name but i would recommend her to anyone (dasanae? daeshane? im so sorry i cant remember how to spell it but shes amazing, super helpful! so thank u so much! the whole apartment complex is super neat and already met someone who lived her who said they were more than happy with staying here :)”

“I thought the reviews on this place needed a boost. Moved in 2 months ago, big home, clean, quiet and safe. All ready to go at move in, friendly staff, rapid maintenance. Location is great! 10-15 minutes from restaurants and shopping, 5 minutes from groceries.”
“My husband and I toured with Phillip last week and we see so much potential in the building to be absolutely outstanding. The updated apartments are beautiful and the staff are very passionate about honoring the history of the building. It is still under construction in some areas and levels, the entire east tower is empty as they renovate it completely. We were very interested in living here, however the lack of on floor or in unit laundry and the parking garage not being an option until construction was completed were both downsides for us. For the price of the apartment and the quality I think its a great option.”
