I cannot say enough great things about Allen Animal Hospital. My cat became sick and was quickly declining. I called several vets and was given no compassion when explaining my situation and desperate need for care for my baby. Huron Valley Humane society gave me the number to allen animal hospital. I called and spoke with Karen who right off the bat had the kindest voice. She could hear the distress in my voice and quickly assured me they could help and had different payment assistance options. She got me an appt for the next day. I was greeted by her and 2 other ladies at the front desk both of whom were just as great. Faith was our tech and I could just squeeze her and never let go! She was so kind and compassionate. When she saw how sick my boy was she wrapped him in her arms and hugged him tight like she had loved him forever. She gave us so many helpful tips and tricks to use to get him to eat. She let us know he has fleas and gave us some recommendations on what to use. I explained my financial situation because I couldn't afford the top of the line stuff and she not only gave me a list of other brands I could try she went to their donation closet and found a flea treatment for him in office and sent one home for our other cat. I wish I knew the vets name cause she was amazing as well. She didn't seem to be in a hurry to leave the room and made sure I was comfortable with caring for him at home. My appointment was at 9 and by 4pm she was calling with his results and I picked up his meds by 6. Bubs is now thriving and doing much better! Me and my family are over the moon excited to have our boy back. There isn't a single doubt in my mind that if it wasn't for the care and compassion we were given, our little man wouldn't be here with us today. Thank you all so, so much for saving our boy!

They were very caring and sweet to both our puppies when we showed up with one sick and no appointment. They did what was in best interest of the animal and kept us informed of every step. True care and they've earned our regular business.

Very disappointed with the experiences I've had with this Vet. Communication is almost non existent and I felt everything was prolonged because of it. I was left to wait a week before getting my pet's urinalysis results back and that was only after reaching out multiple times...same with bloodwork results ( which took longer than a week ) Come to find out antibiotics were needed which were also a hassle to get. I was as patient and understanding as I could have been in the beginning but after frequent mishaps I couldn't take it anymore. Aside from the ladies at the front desk who were polite and did their best, the professionalism was a joke. I will definitely not be recommending to any of my clients.

We Love the doctors at Allen Animal Hospital. They take care of all our animals. The lady's at the front desk are friendly and professional. All the techs really care for the animals. We have been bringing our animals to Allen Animal more than 30 years.

We love Allen Animal Hospital! For a long time we took our cat to Dr. Boland and she was always kind and took as much time as we needed to discuss his health issues. Even during the last two years of his life, she made all the suggestions and recommendations for how to care for him but always made sure the choice was ours on how to proceed and never made me feel guilt for wanting to try just one more thing to save him. The front office staff are the sweetest group of women and always have a smile to give you. When we get another fur child in our home, this will be our vet office for sure!
