I recently switched to Sprint in January at this store. After my experience with them the last two times, I will not be returning to this location. They couldn’t back up my phone, and I sat there for two hours. They kept telling me it was almost done. Then it got to be 8 pm and they said we could just try it at home. My fiancé was able to do it in 15 minutes. I called to see where my fiancés phone was and they couldn’t find that we placed the order. Less than 5 minutes later my fiancé got a call saying, “Your phone is here, come pick it up”. Very unprofessional and I was warned before coming here that they weren’t the best location. I went because of how close it was to my home.
