Have always done their best to stick to what they quote me even when the unforeseen pops up, stands behind their warranty, and have worked with me in navigating part availability issues. It's been just about 3 months now since affordable transmission has had my truck they have not been trying to contact me to keep me updated they have not been answering my calls and when I do stop up there they're giving me an excusable reasons why they have not completed my truck yet my truck has been sitting in the exact same spot for the past 2 months

I decided to write a review after my second time Getting service here. On each vehicle, I had my transmission rebuilt One about four years ago, and just recently. I Personally, had nothing other than first class service with these guys. Thank you to the guys in the shop, and thank you Rich for going above and beyond.

does not deserve a star BUT UNFORTUNATELY I MUST PUT 1 IN ORDER TO POST THIS! The owner or an employee forged documents with my initial's/signature. Did not even try to make them match! had my car for over a month with excuse after excuse. warranty company paid them off a month prior to me getting my car back. My car sat in the parking lot for that whole month without being moved1 When myself and my son showed up to confront him, a month later he said the he rebuilt the trans 2-weeks prior, but I know for a fact my car was not moved. He stated that it would be ready in 2-days was waiting for the dealer guy to come and program the TCM unit. Which he told me the same thing two other time! I decided to go get my cay the next day and not wait for him to fix it. Wouldn't you know they had my car on a hoist and was in the process of changing out my trans, that he said was completed 2-weeks prior! I had to wait til the next day and get my car. I got my car and discovered he broke off a bolt from the bushing bracket the holds the sway bar in place the whole thing was extremely loose which could of resulted in me having an accident. He also did not replace my splash guard, or my fasteners under my hood. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE RUN,!!
This is a continuation, by the way my trans still has the same issues! I had another mechanic do some work on my car and he said that the Transmission shop broke off a bolt that secures my sway bar, they did not repair it they left it extremely loose and the second bolt was not tightened, so it could of caused an accident. The mechanic extracted the bolt and did the repair that Affordable neglected to do! Also The parts they returned to me were from a ford not mu Toyota highlander. They over filled it and put used trans fluid back into my car, I had to have it drained and refilled, I did keep a sample of the fluid! They removed my splash guard and did not replace it and probably threw it away. My front TMPS sensors also stopped working! There are way to many issues for it just to be an overlook/coincidence , if he was a professional they would have in place a measures to make sure these things don't happen. They also painted it, which I found out that is not a thing they are covering something up!

these guys did my sons 2008 Chevrolet Silverado and gave me a 12/12000 mile warranty! service was fast and great!! Will do continued business with!!!!

My transmission went out two days after they fixed it. Pushed me around for two month stating that they’re waiting on a part, I ended up taking it somewhere else after paying almost $3000.
Don’t do business with them, they’re not honest and their work is garbage.

This place is the worst and need to go out of business. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I took my car in for a transmission and they had it for 6 months. While waiting for it I drove by to see if my car was being worked on but it was sitting in the parking lot found out they got into a accident in my car and messed up the bumper. Before I found out about this they kept telling me they were waiting on parts to come in. So they lied to me about the whole thing. Oh dont forget the porter lost the key and had to make you another set.

I dont even know where to start!!!! the reviews that you see on here are true!! what company takes your car, does not give you a price, then when you dont want buisness with them they give you a price to get your car back after asking how much would anything be upfront. service sucks, you have to call numerous times for check ups they dont update you, almost as if theyre trying to pocket money on the side. rich is a scam artist, all other guys are cool, any review over 1 star has to be fake. avoid this place at all cost im warning you!!!

Just got my transmission rebuilt here on a 2014 Ram 5500 6.7 cummins 250k miles an couldn't ask for a better shop, Ritchie sits you down explains what's going on an even takes you in the back to see all the bad stuff would recommend them to anyone that needs a trans rebuilt!

0 Stars as a complete business. We sold Rich the owner a transmission over a month ago and he gave us a check that bounced and has made empty promises to pay back. Read the reviews and stay far away as possible. Its been over a month, and he'll give you a sorrow story and keep delaying. STAY AWAY!

I had my transmission "repaired" with this guys, and after several times that they said it was going to be ready and it was not, finally I got it back, after, driving it a few miles and less than a mont, it didn't go in reverse I call them back and it is under their warranty still, they asked me to bring it back, after close to 20 phone calls, more that 5 times promised and giving me their word that it was going to be ready,.. now may 16 2024 almost 2 months after I drop it off is still not ready, I want to give them the benefit of the doubt if they are too busy although on their answering system they say they are taking new customers, just in case anybody reads this, use your judgement, and do the smart thing under your own risk. This is the perfect shop to get your car "fixed" if you don't need it.
I'm here to pick up my truck and is 3 minutes before 5 as it states on their advertisement and they are closed because they say they close at 4:30pm🤔
