Best hardware store in the area! I believe Colin was the name of the gentleman that helped me. The employees are extremely kind and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. You won’t get this kind of service at any big box stores.

This is the worse ace I have been in. No-one seems to be available to stop talking among their selves to help you. We took our scissors in for sharpening the next day went in to get them found them sitting on their counter I thought they were ready the man looked at them said they where not done did we pay in advance I said was never asked for payment pushed them to me and said take them home I don’t have time to do them as he took the guys grass blade and started sharpening it
It’s sad my partner has beef going there for 2 years instead of Home Depot to support ACE and pay much more for all their products
We will not be back this store has terrible customer service

Very nice little store , great selection too. I wanted to support a small business instead of big box stores. This poor store obviously has a huge theft problem :( They have pictures of the perpetrators taped to a wall. I was also followed by a middle aged lady pretending to count stock, but dont worry I am not a thief. I will never steal from your store.

Walked in with a piece of ancient plumbing with a bushing i just couldn't get out. Was immediately met by a greeter at the door; led to a handful of problem-solvers; and sent on my way with a solution that saved me hundreds of dollars.
Shop local. These folks actually care about helping folks.
