This 7,11/Gas station is the worst I've been to. I went in 3/29/24 and other times this happened to.. I went in after work and I said $15 on pump 11. The cashier say $15 on pump 11?. I said yes TELL ME WHY HE PUT 40. AND YOU CANT SEE HOW MUCH THEY CHARGING UNTIL YOU PAY. If you get gas or snacks pay cash at this one cause they don't know how to listen.

No extra large fountain cups available. No beef sticks I like in stock. Couldn't use my speedy reward card even though can use by my house when 7/11 bought Speedway.

The lady tried to make up her own price AND RING UP MISCELLANEOUS then when I asked her about it she stated they changed depending on the person WOW RACISM IS REALLY REAL HOW THE HELL DIES THAT WORK

Their pizza,chicken wings ect is always burnt super hard . I have yet to see fresh food at this location .

This 7/11 is poorly run, rude, and the shelves are a mess and wrong sale prices. Workers are always on the phone and can't be bothered. I will drive miles out of the way to go to another 7/11.

This is by far the worst 711 I've ever been to. The staff are rude, the hot food always looks really old and not edible. It definitely looks like no one cleans up in there there's dirt caked all over the floors and the counters are always sticky. Their parking lot looks like a dump and I can go on and on. If your looking for good customer service and a clean environment I recommend going to the gas station across the street!!!!!!!

I love all the guys that work here, they know me by name and are super friendly. I know their job may look easy to some but I’m sure the mental strain of dealing with all different kinds of people can get exhausting.Bummer they aren’t open at night anymore, but it’s hard for anyone to find workers right now, so I get it.

The guy who works nights/afternoon needs to be trained on customer service. He is not a people person and should probably work somewhere that is not retail/customer related. I won’t be coming back after seeing how he treats people.

The young worker is horrible. The store is NEVER clean! The worker has a horrible attitude and used inappropriate language while kids were in the store. Go to the Marathon gas station right across the street at least they are clean.

The worker is very hostile. He should not be working with the public. Place is a mess and bugs by the soda machine.

I am horribly disgusted with the service I had received at this 7/11, at 10pm On June 2nd. Not only was I embarrassed, but felt threatened as the cashier became immensely frustrated with the chip reader. My card didn't go throw, and quickly shut down the system and made loud beeping noises. He took my card, just to forcefully throw it back at me onto the counter. He then proceeded to take my items off the counter and dropped them on the floor and told me to leave. I am saddened, as this was once my favorite gas station. It's disappointing how an employee can ruin an establishment.
