So, I waltzed into the convenience store, eyes set on a slurpee. You know, the icy nectar of the gods. But guess what? They only had the jumbo cups. No small ones, not even medium. Just large enough to double as a fish tank.
I thought, "No worries, more slurpee for me." But alas, the slurpees were more liquid than slush. After sampling a few flavors and contemplating a career as a slurpee sommelier, I settled on mango lemonade.
Next mission: find a straw. I searched high and low, but the straw stash was MIA. Finally, I locked eyes with the cashier, who, with the enthusiasm of a sloth, pointed to himself. He handed me a regular straw. No bendy, no jumbo, just a basic straw. Oh, the humanity!
Then came the moment of truth: checkout. He rang up my colossal cup of semi-slush for $2.53. I asked for a receipt, thinking maybe it came with a small gold nugget. Spoiler: it did not. As I left, I couldn't help but think, "Was this really worth it?" The price was steep, and the slush was... well, not so slushy.

The guy at night is super rude and isn’t so helpful especially about asking questions about the app. His practice isn’t good for business. Bring back the lady she was so nice and helpful especially when my son sick she took her time helping me find foods and drinks he could keep down. I loved coming to this 7-eleven and now me and my family dread dealing with that rude guy. I will make sure I’ll call corporate tomorrow morning. I will no longer come here if he’s working. He shouldn’t treat people who are asking questions like we are idiots. Me and my 10 family members will not come to our corner store by our homes anymore if this is what we will deal with. I let it slide for two months now thinking he has a personal issue going on but now I’m sure this is just how he is everyday. We will take our business 8&middle-belt until this is resolved.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, my card was charged twice and they kept telling me my card declined. They would not give me a receipt showing transaction was declined, and the manager was very rude and racist. No type of customer service what so ever, don’t even say hello. I’ve been to this store multiple time because I live in the area, not once had good service. I won’t be back again!

We decided to treat our entire staff to Slurpees yesterday and these guys made it easy on us! (If you've ever tried transporting 16 drinks at once you can relate to the challenges!)
Clean, helpful, with perfectly operational machines! This 7-11 is the real deal!

This location does not honor sale prices of items, even tho they have clear signage that the item is on sale and the date the sale ends! I can't speak for other state laws, but here in Michigan, that is illegal! It seems to only happen when certain people are working the register. Idk if this is an owner or not but when we have tried to buy 7-ELEVEN brand ice cream at this location more than a few times (they are on sale 2 for $11) the register almost always rings up at the full price (around $13) and usually when we point out that they're on sale, the cashier will adjust the price but there's at least one man working here that refuses to honor the sale price! Tonight my bf tried buying ice cream and the guy told him it's only with 7-ELEVEN rewards, so he scanned his card and it still didn't ring up right. So the man went to the freezer, pulled the sign down and then told him he wasn't giving him the sale price! We don't have this problem at any other location! And I usually wouldn't get upset over a few dollars but the way we've been treated for asking them to honor THEIR ADVERTISED PRICE (because it's the law) is disgusting. Like how dare we? And I'm so sick of it, so I'll be sending a complaint to 7-ELEVEN corporate and to MDARD.

Two words 'Price Gouging', 2nd thing not a clean place. I get it people want to come here for a better life better opportunities for their family however coming here and taking over a change business and price gouging is unacceptable it's not professional this is violation of the citizens come here to get food and you literally price gouge everything I can go to a different 7-Eleven and I can tell you right now it's not that expensive for some beef jerky stick with cheese to increase the cost of prices of everything here is absurd, and I hope the city sees this 'price gouging and penalizes then for it' . You can go to another 7-ELEVEN in other cities and gues it depends who's running the store, because this 'price gouging customers is happening here....dollar store has same products for $1.50 or $2.50 , and not charging 5+ dollars for a strip of cheese and jerky. I hope the city inspectors come here get them to clean up the store and stop their price gouging!
