This facility is a huge joke and rip off. At the very least make sure you check prices before you purchase, they are charging the same price for damaged stuff as it costs for brand new at like lowes and depot. He literally lied and said the fridge we looked at retails for $5,000 they were selling majorally damaged for $2500 and we just went and bought the exact fridge at Lowes for $2100 brand new. So they lie!!!

Good luck ever getting your appliances. Weve been waiting since August 18th for our fridge. They've rescheduled delivery 4 times. My fiance called the finance company today and they told him American freight canceled the account (after taking out 50 for down payment and 1st month) We were supposed to get it tomorrow and they just called and told him the fridge we were supposed to get delivered tomorrow, they sold off the floor. Makes sense why they canceled the account I guess!!! Worst company ive EVER dealt with. NEVER AGAIN. what a disappointment. Been living out of a mini fridge for almost 2 months now! Despicable!

my dad bought a fridge on the 13th, paid for delivery, they still have yet to even call about it. I have called everyday since, with no luck of getting any information, the employees lie when they say that they will call you back. all around bad business. you would save time and money by simply buying a shredder then sticking your money in it, then trying to put said money back together.

We purchased a GE dual oven range. from the minute we hooked it up it smelled like gas is leaking. We purchased a warranty. 4 days of taking off work for the technician to come out. 4 days of bs from incompetent customer service people. No one could think for themselves. only excuses. finally the idiot technician came out. 3 burners bad. 3 weeks for the parts to come in. I brought a GE refrigerator from the outlet 2 years ago it keeps going out I had Sears service come out they couldn’t get it to work and they told me they contacted GE for me to call them and they have agreed to fix it. So when the GE service man came he said Sears never contacted them and the fridge was a piece of junk he said in their system it had been serviced 8 times before we brought it. Aside from them having no a/c in the building ( power outage a week ago knocked it out! Lolol), our experience couldn't have been any better!!!! Went looking for a new refrigerator and Roger couldn't have been any more helpful and accommodating!!! Our experience was painless and I got my perfect refrigerator!!!!!! I love this store. They have all name brand appliances backed with a Sears warranty. Rodger Antal is a great salesman that will help you find everything you need. We have saved so much shopping here. If you go ask for Rodger, he is so nice and never pressures you. They also have clothes and outside tools.
