“Outstanding service! My daughter moved to MI 2 weeks ago. She became stranded in an unknown area after a taxi acquired by UP Health System – Marquette left her at the wrong drop-off location. My daughter did not know she was at the wrong location until the bus did not come. This all took placed at around 2am. I found Model Towne Taxi Service from a Google search. Andy answered right away. I explained the situation to him, and he went above and beyond to help me and my daughter. I learned the taxi service also has a hotel. He was able to arrange accommodations at the hotel until my daughter could catch the next bus on the following day. My daughter did not have a phone with cellular service. She used a business’ wi-fi to contact me in Virginia. Throughout this ordeal, Andy kept me well-informed through text messages and phone calls, notifying me when he safely picked up my daughter and dropped her off at the hotel. I called looking for transportation for my daughter and ended up coming in contact with a compassionate, caring company who went out of their way to help. Thank you Andy!!!”
