Nelson is always quick efficient & friendly! I am handicap & it makes a huge difference going to a “hometown “ friendly post office where it can easily become backed up however Nelson seems to just fly right through things yet still keeps focused on the customers in front of him! I feel very relieved not having to stand too long! Shout out to Nelson & thank you all! ?????

Some their staff has horrible service, I mean they were rude the whole time, and didn't have any of their facts right. Usually I only rate things if they're really good, but their staff was HORRIBLE!!!

My road is 25 mph not 50 mph. I will record the speeding. Kids are at play. Very unacceptable. Linden MI on May 27th 2023.

SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! ZERO STARS!The staff here can’t be bothered to even lift a finger to help track packages that might be “lost” in the mail. My mother went in with a receipt for a package she sent months ago that she has repeatedly called about to no avail. She went in person to this location today instead of calling and the woman at the desk had the worst attitude prior to even being asked by my mother for help. The woman refused to take the receipt and look up the package in her system. She went and got a supervisor who came back and told my mother that tracking packages that haven’t been sent recently is just something they don’t do there. Told her she was out the items in the package and the $30 postage she paid to have it sent and there wasn’t anything that could be done on their end. My mother asked why the package hadn’t been returned to the return address listed and they had no answers. In the age of COVID, with all of the electronic resources available and the tracking numbers listed on everything I find it odd that they can’t even give my mother a status update. “Yeah, it made it to such and such but might take longer to reach its final destination due to xyz…” would have been more helpful than refusing to give customer service all together. It hasn’t even been 6 months since the package was mailed!

I mailed a package to Texas the beginning of September, 2021 and recently found out that my friend never received the package. I called the 800 customer service number and was told that I would need to go to my local branch and inquire with them what happened. I went there this morning and neither person I talked to would help me as 6 months have gone by since I mailed the package. These women didn’t even open up their computer to try and help me. I asked them why it wasn’t returned to me as my return address was on the package. They had no answer for me! I should add here that both of my friend’s parents died of Covid since I mailed the package and I wasn’t able to get in touch with her. In the day we live in with archive electronic systems there should be a way for them to tell me where my package went. I told these women that I would never be shipping a package via USPS again! My advice is to use alternate sources when mailing packages as clearly the USPS, specifically the branch in Linden, couldn’t care less!

years worth of delivery issue's since the move from Gaines to Linden delivery,, ie my neighbor's getting my mail and i'm getting my neighbors mail. So i filed 2 complaints in the same month,, tired of talk, , now they want to play games with my packages,, i see more complaints being filed

Stellar service with one major issue: Self service access to private postal boxes are unavailable after 5pm due to past vandalism. This limits ones' ability to access box after work day. Same goes for Saturday after noon.
