“Made an appointment to look at outdoor parking spots for my trailer today at the Linden Public Storage facility. Met with Laura who showed me the layout of the facility, gave me a map and allowed me through the gate to choose among the available spots. She spent considerable time with me answering all of my questions and worked with me to complete a reservation I had started online with my phone. Laura was polite, professional and pressure free. The facility was immaculate and it was obvious how organized everything is. I got the distinct impression that she takes pride in the facility - how it looks and how it’s run. She represents the company very well. Thank you Laura for your help, answering my questions and making the experience pleasant.”
“Deb, the manager at the Fenton branch of SROA, has been extremely helful to us during the time we were renting the storage unit since November last year. We just love the protection our car received during the Michigan winter. We will be needing another storage unit when winter starts again later this year. Thanks!”

“Upon first impression, I was not confident that I would receive good customer service because it seemed that no one was there but once I met Kenneth who works there he made it very clear that I could reach out at any time with issues and he would be glad to help. One issue I brought to his attention is that the door that I go into to enter the climate controlled unit often has many spiders above the door and on the push button passcode box. When I open the door they and their webs fall straight down so it's hard to go in without them landing on me. Kenneth delivered prompt service by clearing all the webs and spiders. I did explain the reason they continue to come back is because the light above the door attracts mosquitos and other insects that are a food source for spiders. The simple solution would be to relocate the light to the side of the building but that is on corporate to make that change.
I'm thankful that Kenneth is very friendly, professional, and considerate as they have to be removed nearly every day.”
“I highly recommend this storage facility! The staff are easy going and very helpful. I have used them for years. I have moved in and moved out an handful of times. But when I need a place to store more stuff I know where to go. They have the cheapest rates.”

“The facility itself is ok. But access through the CAR WASH is DISGRUNTLUNG at best. Also, all the customer parking spaces at the office say "No Parking, reserved for car wash".”

Monica is one of the nicest people ive met when dealing with sign ups and paperwork and whatnot. she explained everything so crystal clear that i had no fear id be blindsided by any hidden fees or clauses. she created a wonderful atmosphere in the office with an obvious hard working attitude, as well as a charming and upbeat personality!!! i will for sure refer anyone to this location!!!”
