“I really liked the process at Grand Pointe Automotive. My truck needed a thermostat replaced. Grand Pointe did a full evaluation of everything maintenance/repair wise my truck needed and sent that info in a text message for me to approve or deny the services recommended. It took them about 1 week to complete the repairs. They did provide a loaner vehicle which was really nice! Probably not the cheapest in town, but 900 dollars cheaper than AL Serra GMC on the thermostat alone. I would definitely recommend Grand Pointe to anyone looking for reliable car repair.”
“Found that they had a 370z for sale that i wanted even though i was coming from out of state. Mitchel did everything he could for just about two weeks for me. Sending pictures and info of the car, what bank would be ideal, and all that. He even waited 2 hours after closing for me to come by as it would be the only day available to pick up the car for me unless i came two weeks later due to my hectic schedule. The bank was a bit of a pain and frustrating for myself, himself, and im sure the sales manager and finance manager. But at the end it all got situated and pushed through on a short time schedule. I appreciate him and the rest of the team. As a person who used to work at dealerships before he was the most thorough with everything on any of my car purchases ever!

“These folks are the best! They've never pushed repairs that weren't absolutely necessary...
They got my 2008 Dodge Avenger fixed every single time I brought it in and the price was totally reasonable.
My car stumped them with some sort of faulty replacement parts they bought (two of them to be exact) TOTALLY not their fault.
I brought it back in a couple of times, BUT I only paid once.
They made sure it was fixed and fixed correctly and didn't nickel and dime me.
If you have a problem with your vehicle take it here, they'll fix it the right way and won't gouge your wallet!”

Even though our car was in for 3 weeks, We knew exactly what was going on and were updated frequently. At the appropriate time, we received a loaner car, per our warranty. In addition to the warranty covered work, we also had scheduled maintenance work done. We knew in advance the approximate cost and had no surprises when we picked up the car. “ABSOLUTELY the best place for your instrument cluster repair! I bought a used 2006 Ford Freestar SE, and just a portion of the cluster wouldn't light up, but we were able to drive because the essential parts worked.(Odometer, Speedometer, gas gauge, etc.)
Then slowly, things began to randomly shut off, or.light up, or warn me that I had problems that did not exist on the car.
I initially sent it to someone who claimed to be able to fix any cluster problems there is, and that place had great reviews.
However, they didn't know what to do if the damage on the cluster extended to a damaged print circuit board, which was exactly what happened to my cluster. Apparently, the previous owners tried to repair it themselves and wound up doing a disastrous job with a bulb and Krazy glue soldering job.
I lost hope, until my son.gound US Speedo Inc.
OMG...right off the bat, they gave me hope. Bryce and Aaron told me they could repair it no matter what--eithwr by repairing my original cluster, OR replacing the cluster and cloning it back to my car's specs.
They were so patient with my endless.questions, my repeated calls for repair status, the price was perfect and I have a new cluster!
