The owner of this place Tim is wacky and thinks he can bully you. Wouldn't recommend this Collison center, there are PLENTY of better options in the area! D- collision shop Whittico's, stay clear.

Was having a hard time getting my hood to open. The dealership wanted $165 just to look at my car. These guys were able to open it and give it a little grease and I was on my way in a few minutes. I am super grateful and absolutely will return if I ever need them for anything.

If I could give this place a thousand stars I would. In January my boyfriend rear ended another car causing front end damage to our Jeep Liberty. We went through our insurance to find a collision center, took it in and got an estimate of $5200 causing the Jeep to be a “total loss” which we thought was ridiculous and had a bunch of parts that didn’t need to be repaired. We had to go rescue our Jeep before the insurance company towed it and we went to get another estimate to combat the other one in order to get our vehicle fixed. That is when I found Whittico’s collision based on a recommendation from Clint’s auto repair. We went in and explained the entire situation to Mark, he worked with us to get us an estimate of $3000 which was way more reasonable. He was very honest with us about what really needed to be repaired and what didn’t. We sent out the estimate to our insurance company and they took their time getting back to us and decided they were not going to go with the new estimate. They still classified the car as a total loss but were going to pay out a settlement to cover the loan and then we could get the car fixed ourselves. While waiting for all of this to happen, our Jeep was in Whittico’s garage for about a month. Once we finally got everything taken care of we went back in to put down a deposit and set up the repairs to begin. When we went back in Mark had found a few things that they were going to be able to repair instead of replace which saved us about $550 (I literally have never heard of a place that fixes cars trying to SAVE people money!!!). I literally will never trust another collision center with my vehicles. This place is AMAZING and we haven’t even gotten our Jeep back (I will update my review once we do). I can’t even begin to say how grateful I am to this place and especially Mark for working with us and being so HONEST and HELPFUL. He explained everything very clearly to me and did not get annoyed with my questions as I do not know much about cars. If you’re looking for a GREAT collision center go to Whitticos!!!
