“This is the second time I have used Tom's Family Auto Care. The first time, roughly a year ago, they solved my problem over the phone, saving me $$$. I usually work on my own cars, but certain things need to be done by those smarter than myself. So, when a perpetual AC issue plagued my daughter's car, I decided to let Tom's solve the dilemma. “Honest and transparent. If ever I need Trans work that is where I'll go. I wanted a fluid flush/fill and a new filter. After checking out my car, he highly recommended against it due to the high miles in my car as it can cause slipping in that case. He could have just done it and took my money, but his honesty saved money and possible headaches too.”
