Friendly staff, quick service. Not fully stocked though, many products were the last or only out. But they could have back stock so give this place a try.

I had the best customer service today by a man named Zaheer. He was helping front check out and also assisting others at the photo counter. It was fairly busy in there but he was so patient, kind, and attentive. Thank you very much Zaheer.

This place is garbage !! After reading these reviews now I get it. They don’t like helping, the male pharmacist threatened me ! The female pharmacist don’t know how to do her job or don’t want to do her job… Someone have to report this pharmacy! Or how can we report this pharmacy! #help

Normally I don’t write reviews on google but this time I’m writing this to let the people know that there is a great man working there mr. Zaheer he was very kind and respectful I printed over 100 photos he assisted me getting I’m ready was very patient. Explain the rules helped his other coworkers while working with me. He kept saying sorry for the delay and it was not his control. Thank you again Zaheer

I changed pharmacies because they never had help. There was only one person working the window or the counter in the store and had to wait forever to get your medication’s. In the. they would tell you a time when your script would be ready and it wouldn’t. You’d have to stand there once you went to the store and wait for it to be filled.

My pregnant wife was sent away after waiting in line for over 20 minutes, saying, "They were too busy". How is this even a possibility unless you are just lazy. But, had no problem helping the three people behind me???.. ridiculous the poor customer care here!!

The pharmacist refused to fill my medication. The pharmacy tech told me it would take them almost 24 hours to fill my prescription, and I waited even tho it was cutting it really close, and they would text when it was ready. I never got a text. I showed up the next day asking for my medication and he said he wouldn't fill it because I was "out of radius," aka, he personally thinks I'm a drug addict and doesn't want to fill it. So I had to call the ER where I had been seen to transfer to a different pharmacy where they filled it 2 days after I had gone in originally for a refill. The people in the ER are busy... this did not need to happen. I was unable to get my medication in time when I needed it. I have severe panic attacks, and my doctor prescribed me this medication but the pharmacist at this Walgreens decided he didn't like the look of me and wouldn't fill it. I wonder how many other people he has done this to?

If I could give the pharmacy customer service a negative five, I would! Rebecca, one of the pharmacy customer was one of the rudest persons I’ve had to deal with! When I went to get prescription for Ativan she notified me my DL’s was going to expire soon (which I knew already) but she felt the need to remind me three more times! Then the next week I called to make sure my prescription was ready, they assured me it would be. When I got there I was told (by Rebecca) that the computer was down and they couldn’t fill it that day, unless I just wanted to buy my prescription over the counter! I’ve since transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I hope they eventually fire her ?

Brandon's cool because he actually tries to converse with the customers & the new girl is nice. I did apply there, no big deal, but I know when I'm being bullied in my community, so refrain from saying stuff over the loud speaker when I come in there or I'll expose what's really going on behind the scenes. Btw, the ticket price for the pizza was correct, I read 2 labels, looks like you need more help. Either way, you had to honor it. How old are these ppl running this store? I know when ppl want a reaction , here you go, I don't need to come to your discriminatory store anymore. Free speech. Get your heads right.

Store is so nice. The manager Gabby that helped me was very sweet. You can totally tell she loves and cares about her job. I’ve been looking for this one product for the longest time and every-time I can’t find it. But once I asked Gabby she didn’t just tell me she actually brought me to the product! I love that.

I can't believe the level of disrespect that is practiced at a pharmacy of all things.The lack of communication astounded me. I just left the emergency room, was directed to utilize the Walgreens Pharmacy in Lincoln Park. I approach the counter respectfully, presented all of the documentation that was provided to me via the emergency room doctor. I was told to return in 30 min, then 10 more min. I was given 2 bags charged a small amount of money and sent on my way. As I get settled in the car, my wife & I discover there is an item missing. I return back to the Pharmacy dept. Notify the pharmacist "Ryan" what my wife & I discovered to be missing. He then proceeds to give me an explanation as to why it was not in the bag. I then ask why wasn't this explained to me while I was paying for everything well after the 30 minute wait. His reply, "You didn't ask". How would I know to ask if no issues were presented to me. His attitude was something I have never encountered before in this kind of setting. Keep in mind all the while I am in excruciating pain due to the kidney stone that landed me in the emergency room to begin with.The smug attitude from "Ryan" and the lies he presented. Ryan stated he contacted the emergency room Doctor to correct something. When I put the Doctor on speaker phone, she clearly stated so all could hear that no calls or attempts were made. Ryan telling my Wife "F@#$ You" because she did not tolerate his adolescent behavior. Witnessing issues before our own eyes with others seeking help, Ryan (Man Bun) telling others that he did not know what he was doing. I never got an apology for the treatment nor lengthy wait time totaling 1 hour & 25 min. I will never return and will advise any other to do the same. This review was not fabricated nor do I hold any ill will towards anybody there. This review is accurate. Hopefully they don't delete this one as well to maybe hide the conduct that was demonstrated for me. And still no apology.
