Found I had left thyroid medicine at home once I arrived on a Detroit 3 day visit. Your pharmacist was very helpful, understanding and supportive. She looked my record up and provided me with 3 days doses. Thank you Walgreens for great customer service

No one came to the drive-through after 10 minutes. I went inside and they were very nice. Store is very dirty.

Friendly staff, quick service. Not fully stocked though, many products were the last or only out. But they could have back stock so give this place a try.

I had the best customer service today by a man named Zaheer. He was helping front check out and also assisting others at the photo counter. It was fairly busy in there but he was so patient, kind, and attentive. Thank you very much Zaheer.

This place is garbage !! After reading these reviews now I get it. They don’t like helping, the male pharmacist threatened me ! The female pharmacist don’t know how to do her job or don’t want to do her job… Someone have to report this pharmacy! Or how can we report this pharmacy! #help

Normally I don’t write reviews on google but this time I’m writing this to let the people know that there is a great man working there mr. Zaheer he was very kind and respectful I printed over 100 photos he assisted me getting I’m ready was very patient. Explain the rules helped his other coworkers while working with me. He kept saying sorry for the delay and it was not his control. Thank you again Zaheer

I changed pharmacies because they never had help. There was only one person working the window or the counter in the store and had to wait forever to get your medication’s. In the. they would tell you a time when your script would be ready and it wouldn’t. You’d have to stand there once you went to the store and wait for it to be filled.

My pregnant wife was sent away after waiting in line for over 20 minutes, saying, "They were too busy". How is this even a possibility unless you are just lazy. But, had no problem helping the three people behind me???.. ridiculous the poor customer care here!!

The pharmacist refused to fill my medication. The pharmacy tech told me it would take them almost 24 hours to fill my prescription, and I waited even tho it was cutting it really close, and they would text when it was ready. I never got a text. I showed up the next day asking for my medication and he said he wouldn't fill it because I was "out of radius," aka, he personally thinks I'm a drug addict and doesn't want to fill it. So I had to call the ER where I had been seen to transfer to a different pharmacy where they filled it 2 days after I had gone in originally for a refill. The people in the ER are busy... this did not need to happen. I was unable to get my medication in time when I needed it. I have severe panic attacks, and my doctor prescribed me this medication but the pharmacist at this Walgreens decided he didn't like the look of me and wouldn't fill it. I wonder how many other people he has done this to?

If I could give the pharmacy customer service a negative five, I would! Rebecca, one of the pharmacy customer was one of the rudest persons I’ve had to deal with! When I went to get prescription for Ativan she notified me my DL’s was going to expire soon (which I knew already) but she felt the need to remind me three more times! Then the next week I called to make sure my prescription was ready, they assured me it would be. When I got there I was told (by Rebecca) that the computer was down and they couldn’t fill it that day, unless I just wanted to buy my prescription over the counter! I’ve since transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I hope they eventually fire her ?
