I came here to have my 13 yr Old DS prescription for his kidney transplant filled. I waited in line patiently. When I got to the desk I was walked In front of by some one and then got told they were to busy to even help me. But last I checked being turned away for a life saving prescription.... all while being 8 months pregnant and having to go some where else. Is atrocious.

The pharmacist refused to fill my medication. The pharmacy tech told me it would take them almost 24 hours to fill my prescription, and I waited even tho it was cutting it really close, and they would text when it was ready. I never got a text. I showed up the next day asking for my medication and he said he wouldn't fill it because I was "out of radius," aka, he personally thinks I'm a drug addict and doesn't want to fill it. So I had to call the ER where I had been seen to transfer to a different pharmacy where they filled it 2 days after I had gone in originally for a refill. The people in the ER are busy... this did not need to happen. I was unable to get my medication in time when I needed it. I have severe panic attacks, and my doctor prescribed me this medication but the pharmacist at this Walgreens decided he didn't like the look of me and wouldn't fill it. I wonder how many other people he has done this to?

Don't go here to get your prescription filled. I'm not sure if there a pharmacist in training here when the more experienced pharmacy is not available. Took three days to get a prescription filled even after my doctor called to straighten the matter out. AVOID at all cost, unprofessional, unorganized and a big time waster.

The most rudest pharmacist work there I've never checked the reviews before and I see why every month I've walked in that place it's a customer complaining or arguing with this man. I've been going there for years never had an issue. I just noticed the issues with others some time like the end of last year or the beginning of this year and it's been a complete mess under whoever management. I've made 2 complaints and I'm not interested in making a 3rd. I just wanted to speak to someone over the guy that's been there over the weekend because he's rude on the phone and in person he shouldn't deal with people he needs to be checked in to he don't even look stable when you look him in the eyes and he refused to give me any information to report him i had to ask the lady's working with him for his name he continued to be rude with me so I cursed at him because he shows you no respect he rolls his eyes like a woman when your talking to him so all these times I've seen him in there giving older and younger individuals a hard time how is it possible to wake up come to work and be like that when you know you have to deal with people all day you show no commitment to the customers at all i assumed those individuals was just showing out in there and holding up the lines all those times when in reality it's him and I'm sure he has many complaints on him alone it's a complete different staff back there none of the people I've been dealing with for the past few years wasn't around at all not one of them I go in today after seeing them yesterday he should've canceled yesterday he waited for me to come in and do so while I was there today so I wanna know how is that professional in anyway at all?

this particular Walgreens in Lincoln park Michigan is extremely unprofessional. I give them a zero star. I've been on hold to check a perception and been on hold for an hour and half.

This used to be a decent store, before the dark times. I have to assume Walgreens pays a real pittance because they can't seem to keep the store decently staffed, those who do work there are incredibly slow, probably due to the extremely limited staff, and if I'm told to have a "blessed" day here one more time I will switch to a more distant pharmacy permanently.

This must be the worse walgreen pharmacy. I thought they were suppose to help and care about there clients. But noo. There rude. And act like your a burden. I take insulin for diabetes. They never have it in stock. I must do without or wait two days and make extra trips. Since I don't drive I even call ahead for the order. But noo I get there say there out why didn't you tell me that when I called. They have computers. But yet fail to use them. They go thru help like revolving door all my records are on file. I am a repeat customer. I had enough . Why is so difficult to act like and do a professional job. This place sucks. I trying to find someone else close by to take over my pharmacy needs. Totally un called for...they don't give a Fuck. !! They need to be fired . Put a permanent crew in there that knows what there doing. Not some smart asses who treat you like as burden to get your medication..

For what it's worth, this Walgreens, like most of them(unlike CVS) is regularly stocked with what you need. This location is well kept and the service is good. The one thing that is a lil bothersome is when the lines are getting long it takes a while for the backup cashier to come. Other than that, the store is good!!

I hope this message reaches the pharmacy tech working 9/30 at about 9/10am Ms Becky! The universe knew my soul needed you this morning. You were so patient and kind when it came to filling my son's medication urgently!! You saw the panick in my face and just continued to keep me calm through the entire visit!! I truly appreciate you so does our family especially our 8 month old son
