They can't even read, delivered 4 packages to wrong address and notification was made delivered. After contacting Post office packages arrived, how can that be. It said they were delivered. Lazy inept worker.

I always have other people’s important mail like SSI DHS etc. In my mailbox then I have mail not delivered!!!!! For Eight years now!!!!!! Mail carrier has been reported for my receiving open mail!!!!!!

Are mail lady is so prompt and very kind. But she is taking a leave of absence because she is having hip surgery. The subs this past week messed up on some of our parcels. But inside the post office the front desk worker Rob is very good. I recommend the Lincoln Park Michigan Post office. A+++++

I went here a few days ago to mail some letters. This place is always empty and there is always one person working the counter no matter how busy they are. I sometimes go to the drive thru mail box but that was busy. So i went in to deposit mail in the box and some lady says go see what she put in the box. Really? That's a little unorthodox. Is she being nosey are they pulling mail out to check maybe addresses? Opening up mail?? What is the problem?? Maybe i need to file with the post master general in Detroit. I will not be back to this one. These people are very unprofessional!!!!!##

The Lincoln Park post office employees are always courteous and helpful. I live in a nearby city but go to this office because of the great customer service!

I've lived in alot of states... but THIS POST OFFICE IS BY FAR THE BEST IN SERVICE! From the drivers to the reps that answer the phone... they all need raises! I should have gotten names but I didn't. HOWEVER whoever worked between the hours of 1pm and 2:30pm on 09/21/22 is DOING THEIR BEST AT WORK!

Went to make a return on a package and the man at the desk was very professional..very helpful, even cut me a piece of paper to make a return label for me and made it very easy for me to make that transaction, I really appreciate him I think his name was Tom. Thank you!!

I will literally never us the post office to mail a package ever again, but this location specifically is horrendous. Went in to mail my mother, who was home sick with covid in another state, medicine and other items I had of hers. The girl working the counter somehow put a completely wrong address on the label, and I don't mean a number or two inverted, ENTIRELY wrong address I've never heard of and was over an hour away from my mom. She then failed to ask me to check the information she added, to make sure it was correct and just sent it out. Days later I get a notice it's been delivered and this is when I find out about the address. I went back in and spoke to a "manager" there... This man no joke proceeds to start arguing with me about how he doesn't understand how it got mailed there, and won't even acknowledge it was clearly the post offices fault. He says they'll "look into it" and will get back to me. Over a week later I never heard back, went back in and this dude starts the same argument all over again. At this point I know the package is long gone, but wanted my money back at the very least. Another "manager" writes down the info I need to file a claim to get my money back, however when I tried to later that day the website says I can't file a claim for it. Worst customer service I've ever seen. Appalling. I'd give negative stars if I could.
