HORRIBLE, the card machine charged me $10 when the sign right next to it says $3, I spent 2.50 in cash then needed to rinse off the car js to get charged 10$ for it. Never coming again.

Stay away for the next few days at least, added a dollar to the change machine that didn’t have a service light on and got back 50 cents.
No number posted on site so leaving a review here.

When you first start washing the vehicle a very short time later it starts beeping to add more coins which I did. That would only last 16 seconds before you had to add more money. It is not worth washing your vehicle here. Don't recommend.

I just put 250 in to wash my car and it doesn't work. Don't bother wasting your time at this company. There's no phone number to call no one to contact.

The vacuum doesn’t work but will still accept coins. There are no numbers of the business anywhere so use this service at your own risk. I used the car wash and spent about $7 and basically just rinsed my truck with water. My advice, pay $10 for a premium service right up the street. Don’t waste your time or money here.

It is a clean and quiet place. Most of the times I have gone to wash my cars, there is always space. I have not had to wait. I only give it 4 stars because the washing machines do not give you much time to rinse your car. Some do not beep when they are used. The time is running out, they would put a flashing light on it so that people with hearing difficulties could see when their time is up. Otherwise it's fine, I recommend it.

No phone number on the building or their website to let the management know the #2 bay took $2.50 today without turning on. I will ask the City of Lincoln Park how a business open to the public can operate without any info when they are problems. Commercial vehicles even have to have a phone number on them. In 22 years that's the 2nd time this happened. The first time there was someone there that gave me my money back.

OK, Nothing special.More expensive $2.25 Now !This place needs updating badly.I grew up in the Neighborhood and this was a decent car wash back in the day.NOW, I'll pay the $6 or $7 for the better newer car washes, this one is, too much money and too much time!

Visited this place today, $2.25 and it shut off after 3 minutes? the foam brush didn’t work… spent another $3.00 and it shut off after 4 minutes this time… Sadly it’s a dump!
