Dude who helped me pick a new spinner cap this afternoon was awesome. Super courteous and helpful without being a vulture, but ultimately helped me get exactly what I wanted. He even let me test out the function on a setup similar to mine, and in the end, knocked down the price to boot! Love this whole chain, but this shop in particular has good people… Go-to smoke shop ?

If you are looking for a smoke shop that puts the customer first this is it.
If they know you like a brand of Eliquid or coils they will stock it, and if they are out, they will set-up a contact for when the have it back in stock.
Staff is knowledgeable about the products and offer solid suggestions as well as always being friendly.
When ever possible this is my Vape shop.

Regular, here! ?? Best Puff Factory location, imo. Always staying on top of new and hot product. Wide and seemingly "always in stock" selection. Prices are right where they need to be. Staff is ALWAYS helpful with the added bonus of being super chill.
