I went to cash a check and asked for $20 in quarters. This bank was unable to give me $20 in quarters. I am going to a credit union where when the banks crash you will still get money and a bank should have quarters ...plus the other bank doesn't even give out cash.Terrible 2 cashier's had no quarters.

I went there because my account went into overdraft fee because of unnecessary subscriptions that were canceled ! I went into the bank to speak to someone about refunding my overdraft fee. The lady told me that as long as I have my money in the account by 10 AM it won’t go into overdraft fees and I explain to her I had a lady told me it was 12 PM now I’m on the phone with customer service now they’re giving me a totally different time for overdraft fees I’ve had this bank account for over 14 years and I’m about to close it . I never got a callback. I got the wrong time not once but twice now for the third time it’s just too much I’m not giving away free money for overdraft fees that should’ve never been there. specially, when I have a waiver on my account.

It's a Bank friendly staff with a Great people and they are helpful. They have safe deposit boxes, ATM machines 1 outside and a second at the Drive thru. Mostly they are all over the place.

This bank has seriously gone down hill. I called to make an appointment and was placed on silent hold for 30 minutes. No one answered but I could hear breathing on the other end. Terrible customer service.

I’ve had an account with PNC since it was National City, both my wife and I. My son got his first job and opened a checking account with them, had his first check deposited, went to use his debit card and it was declined. Checked his balance and it said $0, called the bank and they froze his account, we asked why and they wanted a copy of his SS which they had when we opened his account and we gave again. Days later they said they canceled his account and are mailing his money in 7-10 business days and they have the right to refuse business and didn’t give us a reason why. For absolutely no reason, so we’re canceling our accounts and going elsewhere.

It's great "except" they can only see what your credit score was 6 months ago. They aren't able to access the current score which makes it a not so great mortgage. I should say it's not the bank itself but the mortgage representative that works through pnc. So basically what I'm saying is pnc has a mortgage representative that works at the bank if you make an appointment to go see them. Not the bank itself but whatever the mortgage representative is using to check your score is pooh. It shows the score of what I had 6 months ago. It isn't accurate. Transunion shows my current score and pnc mortgage sees a score that was about 30 points less. That's not helpful in getting a house. Also I was able to take screenshots from within MY pnc app, they say it's a safety feature that I can no longer take screenshots. It should be up to me what I want and I want to use screenshots within my application.
