I wish I could give zero stars. These workers are all fat meth heads and useless. Couldn’t even help me figure out what kind of headlight I needed. Go to auto zone they’ll help and even install what you need.

I asked the woman at the parts counter if they had spark plugs wires and caps for my Silverado pickup truck and she said yes I have the parts so I paid the woman. I took the parts to my mechanic and he said your truck has coil packs you don’t need caps why did they sell you caps? So I returned the unneeded parts and ask the same woman why did you not tell me my engine has coil packs and she said because you ask for the caps. I said but you knew my engine is equipped with coil packs and you still sold me parts I didn’t need why? And she walked away from the counter so I told the manager what happened and he said she has 25 years selling parts she knows what she is doing like it was my fault and I explained to him that I just got the truck and had no idea that I didn’t need the caps and I told him you have a customer service problem and word of mouth is the best advertisement for that!
