This Kroger sells rotten fruits and vegetables and many of the other products are expired. Be very careful when buying from this store.

Couldn't figure out how to use my Kroger app.. I said it to be saved, and it wasn't soen over 100 bucks..
I bagged almost all the groceries..not a real happy guy! Quite obvious! So I was writing the check he was standing watching me and there were 4 things that needed bagged..I had to ask him to bag the last 4 items..I said I bagged all the rest can u do the last 4..he wasn't happy..he did it..I gave him the ck..it kept spitting it out..he said it wants me to scan ur lic..i said that's ok..he did that put the ck in crooked..i said I think u have to put it In straight..he took it out bent down and put it in straight..I said Thank You..and left..
My goodness, this checkout was like pulling teeth! He was very unhappy!
These young people have no social skills..can't laugh can't talk..and really don't want too..
I feel sorry that I had to work, and I had to go through his checkout!

They always asked me if I found everything when I do but never when I don't. I haven't been able to find lemon peel there in quite some time and yesterday, I wanted some of those Bette-Made red hot popcorn and I didn't see any either.

I'm gonna tell you, I love Kroger this one especially. My grandmother, mother aunts all the people who raised me shopped here and at Chiarelli's exclusively my whole childhood. So I have as well! But today I was treated to one of two nasty women cashiers who not only treated me like I didn't matter at all but tried to put some screws to me and gave me heaping amounts of attitude. I suffer from massive crippling anxiety, I don't go many places or do a whole lot and stick to myself when I do, but this woman has plagued me every time I go and her wheezey little pal is no better because unless she's in a GREAT mood, your getting the bare minimum. I'm not going to be treated like this at my home store, you can bet I'll take it up with the managers and if they want to continue the baloney I'll talk to corporate and find the damn chain owner if need be. If you can't come to your job with at least a decent attitude and treat customers with respect, YOU DON'T NEED TO WORK THERE.

The boost delivery has really gone downhill. I placed an order worth a $179 recently and because they were missing so many of the items they literally canceled my order and asked me to create another one even though i still had far more than minimum amount for delivery. I'm constantly finding meat items on the shelf that are expired. One of their longtime employees Shelly who is sometimes at the service desk will always tell me I can't return such and such item without a receipt, which we all know is nonsense. All you need is your Kroger id number. But she is too lazy to learn the system is the best I can figure so she'd rather turn away a very regular customer. Kroger used to be my favorite grocery store by far and now I have my misgivings spending my money there. It's a real bummer.

This Kroger is very messy. The parking lot had papers all over people hanging out next to the buildings and in the lot. The front end is sloppy it wasn't like this years ago not sure what happened. Most of the employees are friendly which is the reason for the 3 stars. Sorry Kroger you need to clean it up!
