I would recommend this place to everyone. These guys were very polite and caring for my vehicle concerns. They made me feel very comfortable as I’m not used to servicing any of my vehicles at a shop. The receptionist David is the guy that helped me understand everything that was happening and what needed to be done. His professionalism and customer service is SERIOUSLY next level. He did exactly as he said he would and got me a very good price. Not only did I think the job would take more than a few days, he said the vehicle would be done the next day and it was! My experience with them was extremely pleasant and I will definitely return to them if I have any future car issues. When you call ask for DAVID! 🫡

Had a rebuild on my manual transmission after the previous owner did some poor modifications, had the car back within around 3 weeks as the car is older and needed to wait for orders, car runs great, had hit a my oil pan 2 weeks later and they got it back to me within 2 days whilst fitting a new shifter and shift cable i had bought. Great service would highly recommend.

They were very polite and patient answering all my questions and explaining exactly what happened to my transmission opened it up and showed me the problem I am impressed thank you I will be going there from now on.

The employees were all really professional . Brought my truck in because not matter what gear I put my truck in my truck wouldn't move . Got truck back pretty quick and my transmission shift better now then when I bought it.

This shop is amazing. Great customer service & work is done in a timely manner. & The guy running it.... Oooowwweee. He Does His Thing & Handles Business In Everyyway. Hands down the best experience I've had dealing with any car issues. Id definitely go here before going anywhere else. 10000% Recommended !!!!!

I am extremely unhappy after having my transmission rebuilt by this shop. I was originally quoted that the vehicle would take a couple of days for the repair, but it ended up taking over two weeks. Once the car was at the shop, a few days later they called demanding a deposit to order parts for the rebuild. A deposit was never discussed in any of our phone calls regarding the repair. This likely caused a delay of at least two days, until they finally called and said they would proceed without a deposit. Overall, there was a lack of communication once the vehicle was in the shop. While the transmission was being rebuilt, some parts were supposedly “backordered”, but they couldn’t specify which parts were causing the additional delays. When I expressed my frustration with the delay and lack of information, Sam, the manager, called me a “whiner and complainer.” If I could have retrieved the car at that moment, I would have, due to the disrespect displayed.
When they finally called to tell me the car was ready, they left a voicemail saying it had been ready for a couple of days. If the car was ready why not call sooner? Only one person can tell a customer their car is ready? When we went to pick up the car, I noticed damage on the driver's side door that was not present when the vehicle was picked up by them. All they offered was to make a police report. Additionally, the car's doors were unlocked, and the passenger side door was ajar, suggesting it had been sitting in their lot that way for days. I also noticed one item missing from the vehicle. I will never use this shop again.
I have now driven the car and noticed sounds that were not present when they picked up the vehicle. Unfortunately, trust is out the window and even though there is a small warranty I do not want to take it back.
