Had my old Explorer trans rebuilt here. Drove it for a few months before leaving this review.Wouldn't hesitate to take a vehicle here again. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. I took my girlfriend's car here to get the transmission fluid and oil changed, and IMMEDIATELY after she left her car wouldn't start. She made one stop then tried to start the car and it wouldn't start.4-5 months ago she got a new battery and starter and had NO ISSUES with the car starting. It seems like too much of a coincidence that all of sudden the car won't start. I called and they refused to double check their work or to see what they made have done wrong or on accident in order for her to have this problem.I have little sisters and female friends that I WOULD NEVER want them to experience something like this or deal with the anxiety of this type of situation.I'm not a bad person or complaining person that just wants to bash a company but I feel it is important to let the public know and to prevent anyone from dealing with this. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS, ANXIETY, AND TROUBLE.Service: Transmission

I knew that the issue I was having getting my 2007 Crown Victory into park was likely to be a simple fix ( I mean for a person that knows what they are doing. Not me lol) but, when Bill called and said he replaced two bolts, I am all set and there would be no charge. I was floored. I have read reviews that stated similar things so this seems pretty common for Jolly's Transmission. For goodness sake if you have a similar experience, do as I did and be decent enough to buy the man a beer! Top notch. Honest. Will definitely recommend and do business with again!Service: Transmission

Not really sure yet. Had it in there last year. Actually less than a year agoWith only 4375 miles 1 seal is bad replace at no charge. But then there is another issue possibly. Hopefully not bad. They r good people there i would highly recommend them.
