THE STORE CHARGED ME OVER $400 FOR AN ALTERNATOR. 1 MONTH LATER THE BEARING WAS MAKING NOISE. I TOOK IT BACK TO EXCHANGE UNDER WARRANTY. I WAS TOLD I HAD TO BUY A NEW ONE AND AFTER IT WAS INSPECTED I WOULD GET A REFUND. IT WOULD TAKE APPROXIMATLY 2 MONTHS FOR THE INSPECTION. THE 2ND ALTERNATOR THEY CHARGED $66 MORE THAN THE 1ST ONE. I TRIED TO TALK SOMEONE BUT GOT PUT INTO A PHONE MAZE UNTIL I GAVE UP. VERY POOR SERVICE IS WHAT I GOT. WE SPEND A WHOLE LOT OF MONEY WITH THEM, BUT THINK I AM DONE.

I am surprised by the attention that they give you and by the great variety of articles and parts that they have. You will find everything here for your truck and if they don't have it at the moment they will have it the next day. They do their job very well
