Steve and Frank and the guys at Downriver Spring Service are amazing. I’m very picky who I take my car to. I have a 2018 Dodge Charger 392 a lot of the work I’ve had done I’ve had done at that shop. I have been nothing but pleased. I want thank you for care for my vehicle as if it was your own.

Got a referral from another business to checkout Downriver Spring to get a performance alignment performed on my car which has after-market suspension upgrades. My car is lowered a bit as well.
Downriver Spring was able to squeeze me into their busy schedule as I only had a couple days to get the car ready before an event. They did a great job as the car is feeling great on the roads and I'm feeling confident all will be well on the track. Thank you Downriver Spring for the work! Looking forward to seeing the new shop on my next visit!

Went here recently, it was hilarious. 5 years ago I replaced 90% of my suspension and put 4k miles on the suspension and these guys I guess just because my car was dirty wanted to replace all of it, all over again. Maybe they work on commission or something. I came in for a front end "clunk" diagnostic and left with a $2,000+ repair estimate.
Anyway when weather dried out I took apart my front struts because I noticed an isolator tear & found the strut cartridge was making the noise.
I fixed it myself for $75
The whole place has a weird vibe. And they did not find the obvious strut isolator tear / crack. Message to owner : buy your guys flashlights for Christmas 2024!

OUTSTANDING!! OUTSTANDING!! Had to have my ECM reprogrammed that was initially bought from another company and they did not program correctly to my camaro. Was referred by a good friend to call DRS and speak to Travis I called and Travis was at other shop, spoke to Brian and explained what I was needing and he knew exactly what I was talking about told me to bring in and they could fix it and that they did and received it back next day! I was very impressed from the phone call to walking into the shop with prompt attention upon entering. The staff is remarkable and incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. They now have a new customer for all my car needs! Price was perfect! There parking lot and bays speaks volumes that you are at the right shop for all mechanical purposes.
