I brought my boyfriends 2016 ford flex last week sometime to be fixed for a water pump and timing chain, and it we had dealt with Jeff who was absolutely amazing, I appreciate Jeff a lot for his time and his personality being amazing! We just picked the vehicle up!!

Took my 2017 Malibu in for a timing chain.. not only did engine tech give me the best price they also found other issues I was unaware of and took care of it all without charging me more than my quote. Had to take my car back in for a random power steering issue a few days after getting it back… they found and fixed my issue promptly and didn’t charge me a thing. Super grateful for them as my car was in bad shape! Would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again, guys! Happy holidays.

I was referred by a friend who had previously had his car serviced there.
I had a mysterious tick sound coming from my Cherokees engine. I spoke with Jeff by phone, sent him a short video clip of the motor running in idle. He cautiously recommended to not drive it, so I had it towed to their shop in the early afternoon.
Within 24 hours the source of the tick was diagnosed and repaired much to my surprise and luckily a very minor issue compared to the possibility’s of a much more serious problem.
Jeff and his staff are extremely knowledgeable , and were thorough in explaining the problem and answering my questions. I could not recommend them more highly, they will be my “Go To Guys” for any further repairs I may need.
In this day and age it is extremely rare to find a repair facility with this degree of honesty and integrity !

I took my 2013 Taurus to Engine Tech for a water pump repair and would like to thank Jeff and his crew for taking care of me. They finished the car in one day, held to the quoted price and even brought a box with the old parts out to explain exactly what they had to change.

I am a driver who travels with different loads all over the United States I was stranded in Michigan because of a problem in the bearing of my 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Honest and knowledgeable mechanics! Being a female and going to a mechanic I’m always Leary. I don’t know much about cars. They were amazing! Honest and trusting and worked fast to diagnose and fix the issues! I would recommend them to anyone who has car issues!

Jeff has done work on my car and my Wife's numerous of times. He is a very honest person & business. My car needed major front end repaired. I let him know that our 15 year old was still driving my car, still on his permit. He worked with me on the price, and made my car safe for us and him to drive. Thank you to his tech Ben for getting all of the repairs done.

We brought our car here for repairs on the purge valve and vacuum canister ($1300.00).
They called us a couple of days later after 4p to say it was finished. We arrived within the hour and pulled up to see our car was parked on Fort St, re-ended, police were already there with the driver that hit it writing the report. I walked in, there was a couple guys watching out the big window. No call to us about the accident, no apology. I was upset and asked who was paying for the damages since they put it on the road and wasnt paying a repair if i couldn't drive my car. They said they weren't responsible, it's on the public road and someone had to pay the bill. I left and left the car. My insurance can handle it. This place doesn't put its customers first. Not a word about my car, just them insisting they're not responsible and who's paying the bill.

Very Professional. I needed major repair to my engine on my f150 and I had everything breaks Insurance (which was a pain) but Jeff did a great job working with then and they did a great job fixing my truck. Would recommend if you need any repairs go see them.
