Yes visiting CVS in Lincoln Park how clean and well organized the shelves are your products are not hard to find .the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable I enjoy the snacks they have, a variety of unusual and appetizing snacks I'll be sure to make some extra time so I can shop around next time I'm there .I recommend when you have time visit CVS I will from now on.

The wait is incredibly long. I tried to go to Walgreens…they had excellent customer service and short wait times. However, my insurance thru my employer is set up to only go to CVS. If you are not forced to go to CVS save yourself some serious frustration and go to Walgreens.

Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield and Carelon Rx have dropped the ball with me on several occasions, and my visit at this pharmacy yesterday took me over the top with those two companies. However, as I sat on my cell phone trying to get assistance from Anthem and Carelon, I watched the Head Pharmacist (Godwin), lead the pharmacy Team in Lincoln Park, unlike any other location I've ever patronized! He did not just stand behind the counter and fill orders, he was helping the other pharmacists, the drive-thru window, the four Rx order pickup windows, the phone, I watched him leave behind the counter and go on the floor and assist customers, and I was so taken back by how many people knew him and how friendly he was with all the customers. It was like I was in a small city's local community drug store, where everyone knew everyone, yet I'm in a major pharmaceutical health care chain (CVS), and he just brought a certain comfort, professionalism, friendliness, and made sure everyone was well taken care of and assisted. I was just amazed at how he seemed to have been everywhere at one time, and still kept a smile on his face. My situation with Anthem and Carelon, kept me in the pharmacy area for over 45 minutes on the phone. My situation did not end well with Anthem and Carelon Rx, but when I went to talk to Godwin on the status of trying to fulfill my prescription order he was more than professional and I truly felt like I was talking to a friend that was going to help me through this deflating situation with my insurance company and their prescription department. In a time where customer service is at an all-time low, when you do receive good customer service someone has to know about that. This is what brings me to leave this lengthy but very worthy feedback on Godwin, from your Lincoln Park Michigan location. Every CVS store should have a Godwin at it's location because he brings a completely new element to what it means to stand and wait in line to pick up a prescription, or get a consultation, as it's so much easier and so much more tolerable to handle your prescription needs when you have a jovial staff that looks like they're willing to help you, wanting to help you, and actually helping you. Thanks to Godwin and the entire staff at this location, as they do a really good job!

Having a pharmacist that goes above & beyond to help you is the most important act of kindness, I was fortunate to meet one of those pharmacists at this CVS location. Godwin is his name and I’m forever thankful for the time he spent helping me find affordable (absolutely necessary to my life) medication when being sticker-shocked at prices since losing my insurance coverage.
Efficient, caring and supportive in a time when I felt defeated by pharmaceutical costs, 5stars to this location for having people like this available for the greater good and helping patients.

Poor job estimating times in the pharmacy. They tell you an hour, then 35 minutes after an hour has passed they aren’t sure when it will be ready.

Drive through is ALWAYS closed, so what's the point in having one? Then they returned my prescription to stock because I didn't pick it up in time. Their text messages aren't correct because I got the text YESTERDAY saying it's ready for pick up they tell me it was filled on 4/4.. well, that's nice they never sent me a text or call letting me know on the 4th. The woman at the drop-off window was very rude. No wonder CVS' everywhere are closing. They suck! Switching to Walgreens. ✌?

Very poor customer service. Instead of filling a prescription for 30days when they don't have enough for 90 they make you wait without informing you that they don't have enough. You have to call and ask what's going on with your prescription, only to be on hold forever and be treated rudely when they do answer.
