We’ve bought a Speed Queen washer and recently a dishwasher from Busen’s. The associate in store was very knowledgeable about their products and answered all our questions. As far as installation goes the guys have been professional and I haven’t had an issue with how anything has been put in.

I purchased an older model used refrigerator from here about 4 or 5 years ago. Price was within my budget. It quit working a few weeks later so a technician came out and replaced a fan. Had continued to work perfectly after it was repaired. I definitely recommend Busen's if you want good quality used appliances and good customer service!

I purchased my appliances approximately 3 years ago from Busan. At the time we were going through a pandemic of covid. With all that said the store went above and beyond all my expectations and got my appliances as quickly as possible I have had no problems with my appliances until just recently my microwave oven failed when I contacted Busan they again went above and beyond and were able to get me a new microwave even though the other microwave was not under warranty. Using the hometown appliance stores instead of the big box stores is a big benefit it benefits the community and the consumers Busan appliances is a great place to shop if you're considering going to The Big Box store give Busan a try first they won't disappoint

Highly recommend!! Excellent service! From start to finish.
The person that answered the phone was friendly, knowledgable and very accommodating with my work schedule.
Andrew, their technician, was also very friendly, knowledgable and so incredibly quick, while being amazingly efficient. Just from the thorough notes given to him from the scheduler, he already suspected exactly what and how to resolve the two problems I had. He was very respectable and made me feel knowledgable during his explanation of repairs. Andrew truly went above and beyond and I am extremely grateful! Plus he was so efficient, he was able to complete the repairs during my lunch hour from work.
Busen's Appliance is a top notch family owned/operated business. They truly understand and embrace "Great Customer Service"! They treat their customers with respect and offer exceptional service at affordable pricing.

Paid close to $300 to replace an ice maker. The replacement broke after four months. I took an afternoon off work for the technician to fix it. But I was told the new ice maker only had a 90 day warranty! Do not trust the cheap parts this company overcharges for.
