My husband had been having problems with connecting his hot spot to different devices for a little over a week. He has visited at least 3 different stores and spent hours on the phone with customer service, he still was not able to figure out what was wrong with his hot spot after speaking with Technical. He visited this store in Lincoln Park on Dix Hwy & Outer Drive and the Gentleman working there, Leo & John were great! They were able to figure out what was wrong with the hot spot in no time. My husband plans to continue doing business at this store and would definitely recommend them.
