You don't always get the info you want to hear but they've been doing this for a long time and know if your satisfied with how they operate you'll come back in the future if they're ever needed again.”
“Just had my truck at Jacks, 4 days ago replaced my rack & pinion. I picked up the truck within a few hrs of working on it. Upon paying the bill ( which was minimal) Moses informed me my one of my wheel bearings was going bad. I told him I would get it repaired soon, but as my luck goes it went really bad quickly. I called them and talked to Moses again about the noise and stuff that was happening, he told me to bring it up and they'd look at it. I did and he took me right in immediately and diagnosed the problem even showing me the problem. 2 hrs later he did the job he quoted me and the truck has NO noise at all and is driving great, needless to say Jacks does great work, I would highly recommend this place to everyone who wants a great mechanic!!”
