“I was having an issue everytime I started my vehicle.
I stopped in at R&R to see what they could do for me.
Their mechanic, I believe his name was Steve, came out and listened as I started my vehicle.
Within 2 seconds he knew what it was and being an easy fix I was so thankful for his honesty with the diagnosis.
He didn't charge me anything, im sure if I went anywhere else they would have found something wrong and charged a fortune for it

“Ahmed is the Man. I took my 2020 Chevrolet trail Boss Z71 to these guys.
The brakes were already done front and back...
But I could not get the truck to go faster than 43 mph. These guys were honest, they told me I needed front and back sensors replaced..
They only charged me $50 and I was back on the road...
I stopped at another place before them
This place started with a yellow MxxxS , they told me that I was looking at at least $300, that they had to do the entire brake system over while it's hooked up to the computer....

I'm so used to mechanics taking up to a week before they even notify you on what's wrong with your car. “Just had my truck at Jacks, 4 days ago replaced my rack & pinion. I picked up the truck within a few hrs of working on it. Upon paying the bill ( which was minimal) Moses informed me my one of my wheel bearings was going bad. I told him I would get it repaired soon, but as my luck goes it went really bad quickly. I called them and talked to Moses again about the noise and stuff that was happening, he told me to bring it up and they'd look at it. I did and he took me right in immediately and diagnosed the problem even showing me the problem. 2 hrs later he did the job he quoted me and the truck has NO noise at all and is driving great, needless to say Jacks does great work, I would highly recommend this place to everyone who wants a great mechanic!!”
“Chris was awesome made it one of the best experiences ever in a mechanic shop . Got my car towed and I received a phone call later in the day and they let me know everything that was wrong with the car and offered me a great deal on all the repairs. Not only was my car fixed they told me that my oil change was coming up and offered to do it they also checked all my fluids and tires they made my car feel like new again. Highly recommend this shop.”

“We had a catastrophic failure while pulling a trailer. Our trailer was hauled to this facility. They made it a priority to get it fixed and road worthy so that we could get home as soon as possible. They phoned to keep us updated on the progress. We felt that they were honest and fair in their pricing, and we felt like they were really looking out for our best interests.
