“They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they offer and they keep the store (or should I say showroom?) clean and organized. Bondy's is easy to find since it's the best let place on that stretch of Eureka. Parking is okay, but not as ample as their old location. The selection they offer is something akin to a Cheesecake Factory menu: option overload! (Which is a good thing!) It's always a pleasure to stop by the store when I am looking for lighting for my home, or a nice gift.”

“I bought a TV stand for my first purchase from them. Funny enough I didn't pay for setup and the woman on the phone reaffirmed with me that it would be coming in a box needing assembly. To my surprise when the men got here and pulled it off the truck it wasn't in a box and was fully assembled! That was easily the nicest thing that happened to me for the day. Saving me a lot of time that I would've had to spend otherwise, I am very thankful for that kind gesture.”

“I picked up a large toolbox top and bottom combo. Two very polite young men named Dell and Colleen loaded it in my truck for me. They were very cautious not to scratch the toolbox or my truck. This wasn't an easy task because this toolbox was very heavy. They got it loaded without a problem. I offered them a tip but neither of them would accept it. Very nice experience”

He figured out how much I'd need with a few of my bad measurements and an iPhone photo-- helped me get the grout, and all of the other stuff involved that we'd need as well. I know I came in with little understanding of what I was there to pick up, and Rick helped with all of it and not once made me feel like I was annoying him (even though I'm sure I was!) When I got to the phone section, 3 employees were having a conversation and I had to wait several minutes for their conversation to end before one came over to help me. After the wait, the guy that helped me was polite, and helpful. The wait was unfortunate, but all in all, this visit was a positive experience.
