Alex is AMAZING! Hooked me up with a vehicle that will last quite a long time for an unbeatable price. It was a very personal experience and he helped me a lot with general advice, questions, and all of the concerns I had. I'm so glad I went through this company to purchase my used vehicle! BUYER BEWARE! These people sold my vehicle after I had already left a deposit. They lied to me a few days later and some way somehow said they couldn't find my vehicle. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. Go at your own risk. They definitely don't play fair. The owner never even called me to apologize or nor did my salesperson

Bought a 2009 ford fusion and it was in excellent condition. No problems with the vehicle at all. Alex was super helpful and friendly and made the process incredibly easy for my first time purchase.

BUYER BEWARE. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Before I even did any business with this dealership I looked at the reviews and saw 1 thing in common and that’s people calling them scammers and that’s exactly what they are. The fact that this dealership is still up and running is beyond me. The car I bought from them had hidden damages and they charged me Detroit sales tax when I don’t even live there. They refuse to give me the $3,000+ they owe me and just ignore all my calls. I currently have a friend that works at a news station by me writing an article on this because this dealership needs to get exposed to the public. Now I have to take the time to get a lawyer just to get a tiny 3,000 back from this dealership I guess they aren’t making any money so every penny counts for them

Out of the several used car dealerships that I’ve done business with in the past, All Star Auto Group is easily the most professional and reliable company I've dealt with. Alex went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for and I walked away feeling taken care of, not taken advantage of, like other car dealerships have made me feel.

As a wife of a traveling man on the road, getting a call about tire trouble is concerning. Thankfully we had the guys at All Star Auto pick up the trailer and fix what was needed to done in an exceptionally prompt manner. Communication was on spot with no error in understandings. Final price was very reasonable and the quality you get is priceless. My Husby and I are very glad we know where to go if future auto rouble occurs

This place is an absolute joke. They sold us a $36000.00 car that was repaired like a child would put together a model car. We were told it was in a minor fender bender and all work was guaranteed. We brought the car to a local body shop for stone chips only to find out the car was not repaired correctly at all. Parts were glued on and the entire car is bent. They told us to get an attorney. So we will see you in court!
