I bought an Ashley high top table a few years ago. The chairs are falling apart. The screws are still falling out of the chairs when they get moved. The table and chairs always came loose with little movement. The customer service was good. But they try to hustle you into a high payment plan. And charge your card twice for payments.

Genuinely happy that I decided to check out Albert Furniture. My mission was to find a high seated black leather recliner sectional. Quality is everything, especially when spending my nickels and dimes! Truly was taken back with each piece that caught my eye, classy & sturdy (plus size friendly) that's a rare to find. I found the perfect piece for my family room, seats 7 and 4 of the seats recline. I'll definitely be back to shop for my dining room set in a few weeks.

I was hesitant to go back thinking they wouldn't have this dresser I bought 3 years ago so I tried and the did for sure have it. The customer service was superb just like 3 years ago.

Came in a couple weeks before Thanksgiving to purchase a couch. I already new what one I wanted, as I had looked on their website before coming in. Once me and my husband got there we were greeted by an older gentleman with glasses. He seemed nice and helpful, but he kept pushing for us to purchase something in stock. I wanted what I wanted. After taking measurements and talking to someone from Ashley warehouse we were sure the couch I picked out would fit. We left to go get the money and came back 20 minutes later. This time the guy was outside smoking a cigarette and basically told my husband the couch wasn't going to fit and all this nonsense and basically cold shouldered him. I came home and ordered the couch directly from the Ashley warehouse. Not only was it cheaper and delivered before what the guy at Albert's said it would be delivered we also got the extension with cup holders. The couch fits great. Not sure why he didn't want to sell us a couch. I'm sure they make more money when they sell their floor products. I won't go back there again or recommend them ever

I got furniture from the company and it was delivered today. The young man that delivered were very professional and polite. They took their time and handled, putting my furniture together properly and with care. I will be getting my dining room furniture from them next. ?Thank you guys Sooooo much

The gentlemen who delivered the furniture were very polite and didn't waste time doing the job. They removed all of the cardboard boxes when they were done. Good service!!!!

From start to finish, it was a awesome experience‼️ The selection of furniture was so broad it took me a long time choosing what I wanted. The service was spectacular and the delivery team was very professional. They took extra precautions to make sure nothing got damaged while making the delivery. Gave those guy’s a 50 dollar tip because they were very professional. Customer for life!
