Our wedding at Addison Oaks was an absolute dream! It was everything we wanted in our venue, with so many gorgeous spaces, from the reception area with huge windows for natural light, beautiful chandeliers, and great dance floor and bar areas, to the stunning outdoor garden for the ceremony, and all the amazing grounds for photos. We loved the vintage traditional bridal and grooms suites overlooking the garden, as well as the option to have the whole estate to ourselves all day. Dan, the venue director, was great to work with, very fun and personable, and always reassured us that things would work out just as we wanted. He was accommodating to all our special requests, and was very quick to respond to our many questions in the months leading up to our wedding. We liked how he offered us different packages to choose from that handled so many of the details like food and drinks as well as linen and chair rentals, which meant we didn’t need to worry about finding separate vendors for these elements. As we got closer to the wedding, we worked with Lois who helped us figure out our ceremony timing and all the little day-of details. She was great with setup and coordination on the day, and helped the day go smoothly. Rick was also super helpful with setup, helping my mom bring in our extra finishes and arranging everything beautifully. He even went out of his way to look for something we left behind when we called in a panic the day after. Shiela also managed the event in the evening and ensured that everything went smoothly. She was very accommodating. We were thrilled with the chef, Nate, who happily accommodated our requests and made absolutely wonderful food that all the guests raved about. As the father-of-the bride and her sister are vegan, it was super important to us that the menu accommodate them and others with special dietary needs. The staff did a great job promptly serving our delicious plated meals and getting all the orders correct. Nate and his staff put together an absolutely stunning 24-foot dessert buffet with all kinds of fabulous desserts that wowed our guests. He even went out of his way to get some vegan and gluten free desserts added to the display. We cannot recommend Addison Oaks enough to any couple looking to have an extravagant estate-style wedding with the most helpful team!

I recently attended a wedding at Addison Oaks and was just amazed at the beauty of the building and grounds. The staff was efficient and worked hard to make sure everything was perfect and each guest was taken care of. I highly recommend this venue to anyone who may be looking for an event space.

The venue itself is beautiful. The customer service, terrible. Whatever you do, do not order chicken. Dry, horrible they did not even try to acknowledge our complaint. I have never experienced customer service as bad as this. The most unfriendly people I’ve ever dealt with when spending the money we spent. Just a warning. If you want to feel bad about yourself try asking Daniel a question. Not good.

We just had our wedding at Addison Oaks Buhl Estate on 4/23/23 and I cannot say enough good things about our experience! Daniel and Lois were great to work with. Communication was consistent and thorough throughout the entire planning process. They answered all of our questions promptly and really helped us feel prepared leading up to the big day. The staff members were great- very friendly and professional. The food was amazing, the venue is beautiful, and we would highly recommend Addison Oaks to anyone looking for a truly beautiful and unique wedding venue.

As a wedding photographer whose bride used Addison Oaks as their venue, I can confidently say that this is an amazing place for a wedding.The stunning natural surroundings and beautiful event spaces provide an amazing backdrop for photos. The staff is professional, organized, and dedicated to making sure that everything runs smoothly on the big day. Simply put, there is no better place to have an event, especially a wedding, than Addison Oaks. Everything was perfect. The entire place is gorgeous. It's huge yet still feels so comfortable and warm. The food was just amazing and plentiful. The staff goes above and beyond to make your day perfect. It was way beyond my expectations and I would 100% recommend you use them for your event.

As a wedding vendor I had the privilege working at Addison Oaks on several occasions, even designed a cohesive theme for one of my brides.Love the venue, super friendly staffs and very accommodating. The outdoor ceremony site is lovely with all the greens. The reception hall with natural lighting, perfect for photos and pretty much everything else.
