BEWARE: Horrible service. Rude, unprofessional, and indignant. Would not recommend to anyone. The "manager" Demetri was equally a condescending prick when confronted with the poor service I had previously received. If you can't conduct yourself tactfully then you have no business working in a pharmacy with people.

I never have an issue with my scripts on their end. Anytime the soctos has messed up, they are happy to advise and fund something that will help get you through or take care of the problem.

Staff is incompetent, condescending, and rude.They always have an excuse as to why prescriptions aren't filled on time, and they routinely put back prescriptions after 2 days even though they are supposed to wait the full 10 days to allow for pick-up.

I have had many prescriptions filled here in the last year, I have always been treated with kind, compassionate understanding and timely service during times of short staffing, supply chain problems and general pandemic related frustrations. When I have asked the pharmacist of medical related issues regarding prescriptions, I have always been accommodated very well with information.

The absolute worst pharmacy. They never have my prescription in stock even though it's been years of the same script at the same time. I am constantly receiving partials and when I do they are the wrong pills! I have a special note in my chart for brand name ,yet they continuously fill it with the cheap generic. When confronted about how unacceptable it is to go through this every month they refuse to accept any responsibility by saying "well I didn't fill it". yes yes you did. Your company did. They admitted to seeing my medical note in the file. Do they not check for any notes prior to filling prescriptions? Don't continue to argue with me on the phone about it and then say we'll I can't do anything about if because it is out of stock. Again. They know I need this exact script every month. So, why is it constantly out of stock? Absolutly over it. Finding a new pharmacy. Makes me wonder how many people have been harmed by their negligence.
