We have been TVC customers for close to 10 years. Never had a problem. Tonight, we have seen several Spectrum trucks trying to fix a problem as we sit and watch cable and use internet with zero issues! Thank you TVC for outstanding service!

Terrible service on weekends , Channel off the air , BigTen Network. Call other people that had other cable service and they are receiving the channel from other cable providers.

Lose enter net at least one to two times a week. Can not get any help after 5pm. Always seems to happen on the weekend. Can not even leave a message.

Literally the best cable provider in the US. Just moved into the area and they were the only company available.Now I have had bad experiences with charter and comcast, but with Lennon Telephone Co for an affordable price with NO hidden fees, I get ultra fast internet for my business and gaming.Customer service took literally less then 5 minutes with no hold to fix any issues I have had. Cable is affordable and works well too.

I have had service for just over a year. During that time, internet service was disrupted only once during that time. Tech support was super responsive and fixed my issue immediately. Staff in the office are very friendly.

DO NOT PROVIDE THE CORRECT upload speed and now in doing the cable mans jobthis is the 3rd box they have pawned off on us they do not have even 1 new box to give you.if your signing up to this cable provider plan on making multiple calls and doing the work yourself you been warned james bates

Internet service goes out at least two times/week. Cable has been replaced, new modem and still no fix. Cannot wait to get away from this subpar excuse for an ISP. That's what you get for living in rural America...rural-brained companies.

I have TVC cable via Daystarr in Owosso. I have multiple cable boxes but have repeated trouble with one box over and over again. One time TVC had simply turned off that one box, no explanation why. Daystarr has made multiple trips out to my house, replaced all the cables, connectors etc. Finally, TVC had to come to my house to check things out. The guy was dismissive and blamed Daystarr for all the problems. Told me that I was really not a TVC customer. Treated me like a two year old. When I called the office "manager to tell about the repeated problems, she was equally dismissive and defended all of the company's actions. I would not recommend TVC, they know nothing about customer service.
