Overflowing with gorgeous and unique items! We stopped at so many spots traveling around the area and no other had as many gorgeous and unique items! The prices are very fair and the customer service was impressive! After we made it back home we felt we missed out on a great piece. The owner generously helped us with arrangements to purchase the item and have it delivered. I'm already looking forward to our next trip up! Thank you again for the great experience.

If I could give a zero star I would. I bought an item and my family member that was with me bought four items. The girl helping me told the manager that I stole i bracelet. I proceeded to pull up my sleeves and show that I didn’t steal the bracelet and the manager replied “well I domt have the bracelet so where is it”. I showed them the bracelet and they refused to apologize.

I have been shopping at Tampico since I was a little kid. Today reminded me why I buy several things in there every year. The jewelry is lovely and so reasonably priced, but the staff is what makes it. I bought a piece a year ago, but I live out of state, so couldn’t come get it fixed until this summer. They fixed it once at the beginning of the summer and it was worn once and broke again, I brought it to them and it was not fixable. When I came into the store the women behind the counter presented me with a new piece that was comparable to the one I had purchased but could not be fixed. That is just incredible customer service and they will forever have my business.

Way too uptight. The woman basically harassed our little girl who is a very well behaved and respectful 7 yr old. We had a half dozen items we were going to purchase, but just left because they didn’t deserve our business. Such a shame. Poor customer service, so rude and disrespectful.

I wanted to go here so much but was very, very disappointed at the prices! WOW…anything I liked was outrageously priced. Actually, I think everything was. Nice items and clean but I was generous by giving 2 stars since unlike all the other stores nearby, this was what I’d call out of place considering the prices! The only thing I can say is there is a nice day of the dead selection, but it’s insanely priced. I collect it, I’ve never seen such prices! I picked up something I liked to see the price and was almost shaking to get it safely set back down for fear I could break it! Not a place you’d want to take kids, breakable things and the store is small. I’d wanted to go here for a few years and I was completely disappointed.Sorry, I can’t recommend this Tampico Imports.

Very cool rings, jewelry, and gifts. If you're in the area and looking for something unique to bring home or just to look around this is the place to be. My husband got a Petoskey stone ring from them and 8 years later it is a beloved piece.

Chris, the owner, was so nice to my family and me. Prior to my trip to Leland, he offered a lot of advice on a Facebook post where I asked a question about the area. A week later we made sure to visit his store, and he was able to help me purchase the cutest Leland Blue heart shape necklace. He even took the time to add additional length to the chain so it would better fit me. He also went through the rocks we collected at Van's beach to see which ones were really Leland Blues. His store is worth a visit.
