The staff is friendly and polite, never talking down to customers, and their kindness makes stressful situations much more bearable. They are known for pulling out all the stops to save the day, offering extra help like lending a shop vehicle or providing a ride. They can even make a fun memory out of an inconvenient situation, with some staff offering dinner recommendations. Truly a fantastic group of people.

    Cannot say enough good things about Neal and the staff here. I was stranded and in a pinch with a completely immobilized vehicle 500 miles from home... they towed my car and even lent me their shop vehicle to drive myself all the way home when the nearest rental hub had no available vehicles.
