“I went into the store to get immediate assistance for my broken phone that was crushed by a dumbbell and to avoid going back to the Fortune 500 store that initially sold me the phone. I began to discuss some of the issues that I experienced throughout the entire process of switching from Verizon to AT&T to the rep, Natalie, and she was very understanding. Although she was not the one that sold me on some BS plan story and switching story that the rep from the store did that was a complete fib and fantasy - she was however quick to aid, explain, and help me understand a lot about my plan, how to find a solution, and went right in solving what she could and doing her best to keep me as a customer. She was delightful to work with and is the only reason I decided to buy a new phone right then and there and stick out another 3 years with AT&T. Thank you Natalie. “Orchard Lake location was amazing. They made me feel like i was their favorite family member they did everything they could to help me resolve the issues i was having. I worked with the manager and two employees to try to get my phone number moved to AT&T. I was treated with respect and kindness. It has been a very long time since I have experienced such effort and genuinely concern to get these things resolved as quickly as possible. I would not recommend to go anywhere else.”
