Would highly recommend working with these guys. I purchased my lamp from a third party. It was damaged during delivery. They were able to repair and point out other issues I didn’t catch. They were honest about what needed fixing and what was part of design. They were fast, efficient and knowledgeable.

I have reached out multiple times via email & phone as they were recommended to me by a very good friend of mine. I need advice on 2 very expensive & rare lamps that I have and received no follow up or response after months of trying to get in touch with them.

My 80 year old mother called in because she needed help with a lamp that was purchased at Michael’s years ago. Michael took the time and was very patient with my mom. We were able to fix the lamp/shade with his instructions. This was incredibly helpful for our family at this time. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Great place, unique pieces, staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Perfect place for one of a kind pieces. And I've had a few lamps repaired here as well. They do a fantastic job and are reasonably priced. I will continue to be a return customer.

I have a pair of matching lamps that you had to turn, click, hold and jiggle to turn on. He told me the switch was worn out. I took one to be repaired and I was very satisfied. They called a few hours after I dropped the lamp off stating the lamp was ready for pick up. I brought the second lamp with me thinking I would pick it up the next day. When I got there, he told me he would fix it while I waited. I am very satisfied. The repair and customer service is excellent. As I was leaving another customer commented to me how satisfied she was with several repairs they performed for her. I recommend for lamp repair.

So happy with the service and selection here. Came in to get a lamp repaired and they quickly addressed my concerns, had the repair done the next day, and had the perfect new lampshade for it, too. They also went the extra mile by offering to tack down the cord, and add felt pads to the bottom. They were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. AND, their selection of vintage lamps is pretty great, too.

You walk into a beautiful array of many to choose from. From floor, antique to beautiful Chrystal Chandlers...wall to wall..can't stop looking at the huge selection of many styles! From small to very large.Then you go to the rear of the store and see the many shades! Great selection.I was looking for a particular type of shade. The gentleman had a great suggestion, so I will go with that and order the right shade..This store is so much better then on line. You can never take in the beauty and artistic design of these lamps and shades..I always wanted to stop in this store and never had the chances.. Today it was a day I needed too! I am very glad I did!

I have a mid-century modern pole lamp that needed to be rewired. Not only could they do it, but they did it quickly and for a very good price. I would HIGHLY recommend Michael's for all your lighting needs and products.

This is a really great and unique store, I have been going to them for over 20 years now and they never disappoint, they do an excellent job and very quick and are very precise. I see some of the reviews on here complaining about their labor charges, Welcome to 2023 , their labor charges are right in line with what you would expect any sort of service like this to charge. Some people start talking about Home Depot and Lowe's then I suggest you go there. This is a specialty shop with professionals working on lamps and helping you. Great place, it's extremely hard to find a place like this with knowledgeable help and sales people anywhere, and I mean anywhere.

Well stocked lamp shop for shades and harps, etc- also a nice selection of both new and vintage lamps for sale. They are amazing lamp repair and lamp restoration craftsman- and can pretty-much wire anything that you bring-in. Helpful, skilled and easy to work-with!

I had them replace the glass on a banker's lamp. They did a good job at a decent price. They have lots of cool lamps in the store. I'd like to go back & look around some day.
