I wouldn’t recommend anybody go here the bankers are very rude. I came inside to get a business bank account and the lady told me I needed my ein letter even though I had the numbers with me. She told me to call the irs and get it mailed but the IRS said they would fax it right over to the bank. I waited 30-40 mins for them to tell me they never got the fax after the IRS told me they faxed it over 3 times to the bank and the bank haven’t confirmed they received it. Even though the IRS said it was confirmed that it was sent. I called the IRS twice to get it faxed. Just for one of the bankers to come out and tell me I need to set up an appointment. After I was already waiting on the phone with the IRS waiting for the banker to tell me if they received the fax. They never came out of the office to tell me. I had to go to the bankers door to ask if they received it. They have terrible attitudes from the time I walked in they didn’t even seem like they wanted to do business with me even though I have a whole personal bank account here.

Have a business account with them that needed more documents. The banker has had the documents via email (as requested) and over the course of the last month and half, not responded to any email. Myself and my peer have called multiple times and *surprise, surprise* we have to leave voicemails because they don’t ever answer the phone. Next step is to go there in person despite the location not being anywhere near where I live.Go with another branch that’s client friendly and actually assists when you need them.

I often visit this branch for convenience. However, I will not return. The drive thru typically has a wait but this visit was by far the worst. I pulled right up to window after about 2 minutes. My transaction was a simple withdrawal and deposit into business account. It literally took 15 minutes. I watched the drive thru teller have a long conversation on the phone which can be typical but she NEVER said one moment, or I or I apologize for the wait. When I rang the buzzer, She stated "One moment. Do you have a question, I had to answer a question for someone on the inside." I know work can be draining but customer service is still appreciated.

The bank itself is great. Typical banking services offered. However, this location is disappointing. The few times I’ve patronized it, it is empty but the bankers don’t want to service you. I went to open an account. I checked the website beforehand just to see if I could make an appointment but there was no option to do so. When I arrived all employees were available, yet I was told I could come back in two hours. I remember the days where banks thrived off of accounts and new money. I try to physically patronize businesses to support employment but even with the closure of so many bank locations I guess they don’t even care.

I Love Huntington Bank they offer so much more than other Banks they have great perks I’ve been banking with them for years and their Customer Service is amazing I would recommend them to anyone looking to open an account

I just waited 20 minutes in line for one car to be helped there’s four cars behind me I have a screaming baby in the car I called the bank three times to see if the drive-through is broken and one person has walked out of the bank in 20 minutes. Huntington Bank obviously does not value their customers time. I called the branch three times with no answer. My clients that I was trying to make a deposit for are either going to have to change banks or figure out a different way to get money since Huntington does not do Zelle payments. I’ve always had longer then normal wait times at Huntington branches but this is worse then with Covid wait times.

I'd NEVER in life do business with this bank in life???? There was miscommunication btwn my employer and bank they took 806 in overdraft fees!!!When I spoke to mgmt about overdraft they're only Abe to give $100 back!!!! Words can't describe how angry and frustrated I am?????? With inflation on gas food and single mom there's no way I have 806 overdraft fees!!!! I hope this bank get all thats deserved!!!!!!! I'll be closing my account TODAY!!!
