Drive through side of the business was closed by 430 last week. Super annoying. Not sure if they closed up early or if that's the norm.

Very disorganized. Nobody answers the phone. If you can get an appointment the staff don't communicate with each other and the person you are scheduled to meet up with might be out. There are much better chase branches around if you need anything more than basic ATM, deposits or withdraws
