I have had issues with the manager, but that's been resolved and is water under the bridge. Employees are great. However, they are still a merchant of death, and I hope I do not return there because I'm quitting nicotine for health concerns. I would have given it 2 stars because of the addictive cancer causing problems their products cause but gave it an extra star for their great staff and wide selection. Again, great, friendly employees who are cheerful. A happy employee is an employee who is treated well, and a happy employee makes for a good experience.

Lexi is amazing!! She hooks me up with boxes of my favorite swishers and is always so nice and friendly! Never has an issue ordering whatever I need she even told me how to earn points on my favorite swishers! 10/10 Amber was also very sweet and helpful!!

Excellent customer service! Like a family environment in friendliness. Matt and Hanna and staff, know their products. Moreover they have learnt me and my likes and as such I’ve broadened my vaping and product enjoyments. Great place!!!If you’re looking for new vaping juices, make sure to ask them to bring out the coffee beans lol you’ll find out

My gold standard for Wild Bills. Genuinely* have a good Experience everytime at this location. Other locations I have had negative experiences so I always look at this as what I expect going in. I appreciate it folks. Forgot names sorry, but all the staff is great the blonde manager girl Hannah is fantastic and helpful as well as Amber and Matthew.

This is the only place I go for my vapes and every time the service is amazing!!! 0 complaints. Matt and Hannah are awesome I'm happy to see their faces almost every time I come in as they provide excellent service.
